Background and Purpose: Communication has been one of the oldest achievements of human beings and aggression and lack of assertiveness are an obstacle to effective communication. Therefore, the purpose of this study was the effect of communication skills on the level of aggressiveness and assertiveness among grade six elementary students.
Method: The subjects the study are all grade six students(851students)of Shout in 1396-1395.The target sample students are 120 grade six in which 60 students are placed in experimental group and 60 students and 27 female students in control group. Experimental group consists of 33 male students and 27 female students on the other hand control group consist of 60 students, too. Control group includes…male students and…female students, the research instruments of the study consist of: 1) A questionnaire for aggression.2) A questionnaire for assertion .The design of the study is quasi. Experimental and has practical objective.
Results: The difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the two groups was significant on the assertiveness variable (Eta Squared = 0.982, F = 6513.9, P < 0.05), and The mean scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group on the assertiveness variables (Eta Squared = 0.646, F = 213.9, P < 0.05). The difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the two groups was significant on the aggressiveness variable (Eta Squared = 0.987, F = 8897.3, P < 0.05), and The mean scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group on the aggressiveness variable (Eta Squared = 0.603, F = 177.5, P < 0.05). Life skills training the students decreases aggression 4 percent and increases assertiveness 4 percent. The results showed P<0.05, hypothesis is shown a significant.
 Conclusion: Results of the research analyzed by covariance and showed that training communicative skills has positive in enhancement of students daring .Training communicative skills has positive effect on decreasing grade six students aggressiveness.
