Purpose of this study was to the role of intolerance of uncertainty and emotion regulation in the prediction of marital satisfaction in patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The method of this research was a descriptive research of type of correlation. The statistical society of the study includes all the patients with OCD that formed in the first half of 1392 are referred to Razi Psychiatric Hospital in Tabriz. 60 individuals were selected simple random sampling method and for analyze the data was used from Pearson correlation and multiple regression test. The results showed that Marital satisfaction in patients with OCD with uncertainty about the future (r =0/45; p<0/000), Champ (r =-0/28; p<0/01), Positive reappraisal (r =0/28; p<0/01), Catastrophizing (r =0/30; p<0/00), Overall score of emotion regulation (r =0/32; p<0/006) is significantly associated. The of the regression analysis results showed that 34 percent and 32 percent of the total variance in marital satisfaction in patients with OCD Respectively, based on the elements of intolerance of uncertainty and emotion regulation is explained.The results of the present study Could be The contexts for creating more social support of the patients than before and would create a precedent for more extensive research in this field.
