This study aimed to compare perceived social support of addicts and non-addicts were HIV-infected and healthy subjects. The study included descriptive and comparative studies that include all men addicted population with HIV, non-drug users were HIV-infected and healthy subjects 50-25 years old sonqor city. The sample from the samples available in the care of HIV patients were selected. Healthy group of samples available in the city, with an emphasis on demographic variables such as the groups under study were selected. Each of the three groups of 25 people and 75 people. The instrument used in this study included perceived social support scale multi-dimensional (MSPSS), respectively. In order to analyze the test data analysis of variance (ANOVA) and SPSS version 16 was used. The results showed that perceived social support between the three groups of addicts and non-addicts affected by HIV and healthy people there are significant differences in the level of 0/001 And addicts with HIV, the lower the perceived social support than non-drug users are HIV-infected and healthy subjects. At the same time having the greatest impact on addiction and HIV can be received and perceived social support.
