The present research aims to compare and contrast the central self-evaluations- Which mean that the person is an assessment of the value, capabilities and provides its adequacy- and the captivations related to jobs- Means the intrinsic motivation to do the work involved and enjoy- in Teachers special education and general education. in a descriptive and segmental study, the central self-evaluations and the captivations related to jobs are compared and contrasted in normal teachers and exceptional students` teachers (40 Teachers special education and general education teachers); teachers are homogenized in terms of degree, experience, educational grade, marital status and settlement. The participants are sampled simple-randomly. Data-collecting instruments are a questionnaire containing demographic specifications and Bakker`s questions of central self-evaluations and captivations related to jobs. Analyzing data is done using the analysis of multi-variable variance and descriptive statistics. The results demonstrate there is a meaningful difference between normal teachers and exceptional students` teachers in the factors of central self-evaluations and captivations related to jobs (p<0/001); exceptional students` teachers performed poorly .According to the results, Always identify ways of communication and learning for teachers of students in special education are things that should be supported, and professional services.
