This study aimed to investigate the relationship between quality of work life of employees with customer relationship management staff Education Area 1 is the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari. This research has a purpose in terms of applied research and descriptive study was to. Statistical research, an important loss of all staff to 100 people. Due to the limited sample size limited the formula Cochran's population was estimated to be 80. Which demonstrated the reliability of  the measurement tool.Structural equation modeling software Lisrel, and using path analysis, Hypotheses  investigated and tested. The results show that the quality of working life and customer relationship management among staff Education Area ( 1 ) there is a significant relationship Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari
