Aim: The present research has been conducted to study the relationship of teachers’ job satisfaction and teaching quality with students’ academic performance in high school. Methods: The method research was descriptive a kind of correlation. Statistical population of the study included 230 of women teachers and 2400 girls of high school in Gonbad city that all of them were selected by census sampling. For gathering, data were used Seraj teaching quality questionnaire and job description index and students' average scores. The data analyzed by discriminate analysis with the stepwise method. Results: The findings showed that predictor variables of nature job, promotion conditions, and interpersonal relations predict and determine academic performance. Conclusion: satisfied teachers of nature job and promotion conditions through connecting suitably with students increase their academic performance.
