Abstract
The present study aims to compare the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction and relaxation on distress tolerance in females with Multiple Sclerosis )MS(. This is a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with the control group. The statistical population included all patients with MS who were referred to the MS Association of Mazandaran and had a medical record between 2019 and 2020 years. 45 females have been selected by purposive sampling method and randomly were assigned to three groups (control and two experimental groups). Then, the subjects of the first and second experimental groups received mindfulness-based stress reduction and relaxation in 8 sessions, respectively. The Distress Tolerance Scale (Simons & Gaher,2005) was used before and after education for all three groups. The findings of the analysis of Covariance showed that mindfulness-based stress reduction (F=6.09, p<0.05) and relaxation (F=16.03, p<0/05) have led to an improvement in the distress tolerance of females with MS. The results of the LSD test have shown that mindfulness-based stress reduction has been more impact on distress tolerance than relaxation. According to the findings of the present study, in the field of treatment and counseling of patients with MS, mindfulness-based stress reduction seems to be very effective and promising.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to the comparison of the effectiveness of semantic cognitive reconstruction therapy and self-encouragement therapy on chronic fatigue in people with psychosomatic skin. The research method was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest design with the control group. The statistical population of the study included people with psychosomatic skin who were referred to Bank Meli hospital and had a medical record in fall 2020. Among them, 45 people were selected by purposive sampling and randomly replaced in a control group (waiting for treatment) and two experimental groups (15 people in each group). The subjects of the first and second experimental groups received semantic cognitive reconstruction therapy (during 12 sessions) and self-encouragement therapy (during 10 sessions), respectively. the control group (waiting for treatment) did not receive any intervention. For data collection, the Interpersonal chronic fatigue CFS (Chalder, 1993) was used. Data were analyzed by analysis of covariance and LSD. The results showed that semantic cognitive reconstruction therapy significantly decreased chronic fatigue (F=89.47, p=0.0004). Also, self-encouragement therapy significantly decreased chronic fatigue (F=66.12, p=0.0009). The results also showed that self-encouragement therapy has a greater effect on chronic fatigue (F = 66.12 and p <0.05) than semantic cognitive reconstruction therapy. According to the results of the present study, self-encouragement therapy can be used to decrease chronic fatigue more effectively than semantic cognitive reconstruction therapy in people with psychosomatic skin.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction on Memory, Selective Attention and Sustained Attention in females with Multiple Sclerosis )M.S(. This is a quasi- experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population included all females with MS who referred to MS association of Mazandaran and had a medical record between 2019 and 2020 years. 30 subjects have been selected by purposive sampling method, randomly were assigned to three groups (a experimental and a control (waiting for treatment)). Then, the subjects of the experimental group received mindfulness-based stress reduction in 8 sessions, respectively. The Executive Functions Scale (Nejati, 2013) was used as a research tool in two stages: before and after education for two groups (a experimental and a control (waiting for treatment)). In the end, the findings of the analysis of Covariance showed that approache mindfulness-based stress reduction have led to an improvement in the Memory (F=55.006,p<0.05), Selective Attention (F=74.84,p<0.05), and Sustained Attention (F=114.89,p<0.05), in females with M.S. According to the findings of the present study, in the field of treatment and counseling of patients with MS, mindfulness-based stress reduction seems to be very effective and promising.
