The attachment types which are described three attachment styles: secure attachment, avoidant attachment, and attachment anxiety insecure - ambivalent. Studies have shown that attachment styles are an important predictor for mental health, and those with insecure attachment style more secure than those exposed to psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, etc. are. Therefore, this study was to investigate the relationship between attachment styles and depression, anxiety and stress among university students. In order to evaluate attachment attachment style questionnaire Collins and Reid and the rate of depression, stress and anxiety of students from DASS questionnaire was used. The results showed that between secure and insecure attachment styles and variables, depression, anxiety and stress, but there is no significant relationship between insecure attachment style with a variable depression, anxiety and stress there is a significant positive relationship (P<0/01).
