fa آزمون نقش میانجی هوش عاطفی در رابطه بین سرمایه روانشناختی و کارگریزی شغلی روانشناسی سازمانی Organizational Psychology پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش با هدف آزمون نقش میانجی هوش عاطفی در رابطه بین سرمایه روان شناختی و کارگریزی شغلی انجام شد. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، بنیادی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تمامی 120 کارمند دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد بجنورد می باشد. بر اساس جدول کرجسی-مورگان &nbsp;92نفربه شیوه تصادفی ساده بعنوان نمونه&nbsp; انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش عبارتست از پرسشنامه سرمایه روان شناختی لوتانز (2007) با 24 گویه و پرسشنامه هوش عاطفی گلادسون (2009) با 20 گویه و پرسشنامه کارگریزی شغلی رافعیان (1392) با 10 گویه که دارای روایی صوری و محتوایی بودند. پایایی بوسیله آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 81/0، 88/0 و 71/0 بدست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> 18 و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">PLS</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> استفاده شد. با توجه به مقدار بدست آمده برای </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">GOF</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> به میزان 0.257، برازش مناسب مدل کلی تأیید می</span></span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شود. مقدار ضریب مسیر میان سرمایه روان شناختی و هوش عاطفی&nbsp; 64/0 است. مقدار ضریب مسیر بین هوش عاطفی و کارگریزی شغلی&nbsp; 61/0- است. یافته ها نشان داد بین سرمایه روان شناختی و کارگریزی شغلی با نقش میانجی هوش عاطفی رابطه وجود دارد.</span></span> This research examined the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the relationship between psychological capital and job loafing. The research is in terms of purpose, fundamental and with correlation type. The statistical population consisted of 120 employees of Islamic Azad University, Bojnourd Branch According to the Krejsi-Morgan table, 92 people were selected by simple random method. Data were collected by questionnaires. The Luthans Psychological Capital (2007) with (&alpha; = 0.814) and Gladson (2009) emotional intelligence questionnaire with (&alpha; = 0.888) and the Rafeian job loafing Questionnaire (2013) with (&alpha; = 0.710) that had formal and content validity. SPSS 18 and PLS software were used to analyze the data. Regarding the value obtained for the GOF at 0.257, the appropriate fit for the general model is confirmed. The amount of path coefficient between psychological capital and emotional intelligence is 0.64. The amount of path coefficient between emotional intelligence and occupational work is -0.61.
