fa روش شناسی معنابخشی و دلالت های آن در فرایندهای پژوهشی Sense-making methodology: Implications for research process روانشناسی عمومی General Psychology تحلیلی Analysis <span dir="RTL">این مقاله، روش شناسی معنابخشی دروین را به عنوان یکی از شناخته شده ترین نظریه های علم ارتباطات معرفی نموده و به بررسی دلالت های آن در فرآیندهای پژوهشی علوم انسانی می پردازد. مقصود از معنابخشی، فرآیند ساخت چارچوب ذهنی از موقعیتهای پیرامون است به نحوی که رفتار فرد براساس آن معنادار شده و هدایت می شود. مدل های موجود معنابخشی، علی رغم تنوع گسترده نظری، فرآیند معنابخشی را بخشی حیاتی از کنش انسان، خصوصاً در حیطه های تخصصی درنظر می گیرند. روش شناسی معنابخشی دروین یکی از دو نظریه پیشگام در این حیطه است. این فرانظریه با مجموعه ای از انگاره های فلسفی در مورد انسان و ماهیت ارتباط انسانی، روش شناسی خاصی را بر مبنای این انگاره ها ارائه می دهد. روش شناسی معنابخشی با تأکید بر پیچیدگی ارتباط انسانی، نگاهی انتقادی نسبت به روش های پژوهشی متداول در علوم انسانی داشته و سعی دارد تا مزیت های روشهای کیفی و کمّی را حفظ نموده و در عین حال در راستای اصول اولیّه ارتباطات گام بردارد که ماحصل آن، روش شناسی بسیار منعطفی است که قابل استفاده در حیطه های مختلف علوم انسانی می باشد. در این مقاله، روش شناسی معنابخشی دروین هم در سطح فرانظریه ای و هم در سطح روش شناختی مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. سپس به تعدادی از پژوهشهایی که با به کارگیری این روش اجرا شده اند، اشاره شده و درنهایت، رویکرد معرفت شناختی این روش به پژوهش در حیطه علوم انسانی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.</span> In this paper, Dervin’s sense-making methodology as one of the well-known theories in communication science is introduced and its implications for humanities research process is discussed. Sensemaking is the process of constructing mental framework out of encountered situations in such a way that guides behaviors and makes them meaningful. Despite the diversity of theoretical domains, existing sensemaking models consider sensemaking an essential component of human actions, especially in expertise-oriented fields. Dervin’s sense-making methodology is one of the two frontiers in this area. This metatheory includes a set of philosophical assumptions about human nature and the essence of human communication, and it presents a methodology based on those assumptions. Sense-making methodology has a critical approach to conventional research methods in human sciences and strives for maintaining advantages of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies by focusing on the complexity of human communication; nevertheless, it takes steps toward establishing communication axioms, which result in a very flexible methodology that could be utilized in a variety of human sciences. In the current paper, Dervin’s sense-making methodology is elaborated both in metatheoretical and methodological levels; then, some of the studies employing this methodology are mentioned.
