fa بررسی میزان همبستگی نظرات معلمان و والدین در خصوص استعداد دانش آموزان (طرح شهاب) روانشناسی عمومی General Psychology كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در طرح ملی شهاب که به&rlm;منظور شناسایی استعداد دانش&rlm;آموزان در مدارس ابتدایی اجرا می&rlm;شود، تنها نظر معلم به عنوان ملاکی برای استعدادبرتر بودن است، درحالی&rlm;که تجربیات سایرکشورها نشان می&rlm;دهد که می&rlm;بایست از منابع متنوعی همچون نظر والدین استفاده نمود؛ لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی همبستگی نظر معلمان و والدین در خصوص استعداد دانش‌آموزان است تا اطلاعات لازم برای گسترش منابع اطلاعاتی و استفاده از ابزار طرح شهاب را فراهم آورد. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه معلمان و والدین دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر بیرجند است که نمونه آماری بر اساس روش خوشه ای-طبقه ای و طبق جدول مورگان تعداد 364 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش، چک‌لیست استاندارد طرح شهاب بوده که روایی و پایایی این چک‌لیست‌ها در پژوهش آزادگان (1394) تائید شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل همبستگی پیرسون انجام گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان&rlm; داد که در حوزه‌های استعدادی حرکتی-ورزشی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی-دینی، ریاضی، کلامی و استعدادکلی دانش‌آموزان، بین نظر معلمان و والدین همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد و در سایر موارد همبستگی وجودندارد. همچنین والدین نسبت به معلمان در تمامی حوزه‌های استعدادی امتیاز بیشتر به فرزندان خود داده‌اند. نتیجه پژوهش مبنی بر نبود یا پایین بودن اتفاق نظر در برخی از حوزه‌های استعدای بین نظر معلم و والدین، نشان‌دهنده آن است که یا معلمان و والدین برداشت یکسانی از پرسش‌های چک لیست‌های استعدادی ندارند و یا مشخصات ابزار به گونه‌ای است که برای استفاده معلمان و والدین به طور یکسان می‌بایست مورد تجدید نظر و یا اصلاح قرار گیرد</span></span> In the Shahab National Plan, which is aimed at identifying students&#39; talent in primary schools, the teachers&#39; opinion is the sole criterion for being superiorly talented. While the experience of other countries shows that a variety of criteria and sources, such as parents&#39; opinions, should be considered. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is determining the correlation between teachers&#39; opinion and parent&#39;s opinion regarding students&#39; talents; which would help develop information sources and the use of Shahab plan instrument. The research method was descriptive-correlational, and The statistical population of the study was all teachers and parents of the second primary school in Birjand city, which sample of 364 people was selected based on the cluster-type method and Morgan table. The research tool is the standard checklist of the Shahab Plan, which validity and reliability of this checklist have been confirmed in the research of Azadegan (1394). Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including Pearson correlation. The findings of this study showed that there is a significant correlation between teachers&#39; and parents&#39; perceptions in dynamic-sportive, social, cultural-religious, mathematical, verbal talent and students&#39; general talents, and in other cases, there is no correlation. Parents also gave better scores in all potential areas to their children than teachers.
