fa کاربرد هنردرمانی در اختلالات طیف اتیسم؛ ویژگی‌ها و منطق درمانی (یک مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند) Application of Art Therapy in Autism Spectrum Disorders; The Features and Logic of Therapy (A Systematic Review Study) روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology مروری سیستماتیک systematic review اختلالات طیف اتیسم زیر مجموعه‌ای از اختلالات عصبی-رشدی بوده که از جمله مهم‌ترین نشانگان آن وجود نواقصی در ارتباط و تعامل اجتماعی، علایق، رفتارها و فعالیت‌های محدود و تکراری است. هنردرمانی یکی از رویکردهای مداخلاتی برای این اختلال است که بر اساس پژوهش‌ها کارایی مناسبی برای کمک به کودکان اتیستیک دارد. هدف این مقاله بررسی کاربست هنردرمانی برای اختلالات طیف اتیسم و ویژگی‌ها و منطق درمانی این رویکرد بود. این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند بود. بر اساس جست وجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی اسکالر، ساینس دایرکت، سیج، مگ‌ایران، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی (SID) و نور مگز مقالات متععدی با توجه به کلیدواژه‌های اختلالات طیف اتیسم، رویکردهای درمانی و هنر درمانی بدست آمد و در نهایت مطالب یافت شده تحت عناوین اصلی نقش هنر درمانی در مداخلات اولیه و ایجاد مهارت‌های اساسی دسته بندی شد. نتایج نشان داد که که این رویکرد قابلیت بسیاری در کمک به کودکان اتیستیک در حل مشکلات آنان در زمینه مهارت‌های حسی، ارتباطی و حرکتی دارد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، درمانگران و متخصصان می‌توانند از یافته‌های این پژوهش جهت اتخاذ دیدگاهی نوین به منظور استفاده از هنردرمانی برای کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم بهره گیرند. Autism spectrum disorders are a subset of neurodevelopmental disorders, and one of the most important of its symptoms is the existence of deficiencies in social communication and interaction, interests, behaviors, and limited and repetitive activities. Art therapy is one of the intervention approaches for this disorder, which according to research has a good effect on helping autistic children. The aim of this article was to investigate the application of art therapy for autism spectrum disorders and the therapeutic features and logic of this approach. This study was a systematic review. Based on a search in Databases including Scholar, Science Direct, Sage, Magiran, Scientific Information Database (SID), and Noormags, numerous articles were obtained according to the keywords of autism spectrum disorders, therapeutic approaches, and art therapy. Finally, the findings were categorized under the main headings of the role of art therapy in early interventions and the development of basic skills. The results showed that this approach has a great ability to help autistic children in solving their problems in sensory, communication, and motor skills.
