fa رابطه نگرش به جراحی زیبایی و اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر اساس نقش میانجی نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در نوجوانان The relationship between attitudes toward cosmetic surgery and social media addiction based on the mediating role of body image anxiety in adolescents روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology پژوهشي Research &rlm;پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی نقش میانجی نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در رابطه نگرش به جراحی زیبایی و اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی در نوجوانان انجام شد. طرح پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی به روش تحلیل مسیر بود. به‌ منظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از میان کلیه نوجوانان 14 تا 18 ساله مدارس شهر تبریز در سال 1400، نمونه‌ای به حجم 357 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامههای اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی SMD (ایجندن و همکاران، 2016)، نگرش به جراحی زیباییACSS (هاندرسون و هاندرسون، 2005) و نگرانی از تصویر بدنیBICI (لیتلتون و همکاران، 2005) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد که نتایج بیانگر برازش نسبتا مطلوب مدل فرضی پژوهش بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد اثر مستقیم اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی (13&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;/0β=) و نگرانی از تصویر بدنی (41&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;/0β=) بر نگرش به جراحی زیبایی و همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر نگرش به جراحی زیبایی از طریق متغیر میانجی نگرانی از تصویر بدنی (26&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;/0β=) مثبت و معنی دار است (05/0p<). با توجه به اینکه اثر غیرمستقیم اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر نگرش به جراحی زیبایی از طریق متغیر میانجی نگرانی از تصویر بدنی بیشتر از اثر مستقیم اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی بر نگرش به جراحی زیبایی است؛ بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که نگرانی از تصویر بدنی میتواند رابطه بین نگرش به جراحی زیبایی و اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی را میانجیگری کند. This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of body image anxiety in the relationship between attitudes toward cosmetic surgery and social media addiction in adolescents. The design of the study was descriptive-correlational by path analysis. To achieve the objectives of the research, among all adolescents aged 14 to 18 years old in Tabriz schools in 1400, a sample of 357 people was selected by the available sampling method. Data were collected using SMD Social Network Addiction Questionnaire (Ejenden et al., 2016), ACSS Attitude Towards Cosmetic Surgery (Henderson and Henderson, 2005), and BICI Body Image Concern (Littleton et al., 2005). To analyze the data, the path analysis method was used, which showed a relatively good fit for the hypothetical research model. Findings showed the direct effect of social media addiction (β = 0.13) and body image anxiety (41 / Β = 0) on the attitude towards cosmetic surgery and also the indirect effect of social media addiction on the attitude towards cosmetic surgery through the mediating variable of body image concern (β = 0.26) It is positive and significant (p <0.05).
