fa مروری براختلال استرس پس از سانحه پیچیده(CPTSD)، تشخیص، ارزیابی و درمان A review of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), diagnosis, evaluation and treatment سلامت Health مروری سیستماتیک systematic review یازدهمین نسخه سازمان بهداشت جهانی طبقهبندی بینالمللی بیماریها (ICD11)، اختلال استرس پس از سانحه پیچیده (CPTSD) را به عنوان وضعیت جدید و متفاوتی از  اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (PTSD) تعریف کرده است. این مقاله با روش مروری روایتی، یافتههای پژوهشی منتشرشده مرتبط با عوامل به وجودآورنده، علائم، ابزار سنجش، تشخیص افتراقی و درمان CPTSD بین سالهای 2023-1992 برگرفته از پایگاه اطلاعاتی گوگل اسکالر، ساینس دایرکت و پاب مد  را مورد مطالعه قرار داد. روششناسی این پژوهش مبتنی بر گردآوری، طبقهبندی و خلاصهکردن یافتههای مقالات علمی بود. بدین منظور از کلیدواژههای تروما، CPTSD و PTSD استفاده شد. در جستجوی اولیه 86 مقاله انتخاب شد و در ادامه 39 مقاله مرتبط با ترومای کودکی و CPTSD و تفاوت PTSD با CPTSD انتخاب شدند. . نتایج نشان داد CPTSD یک اختلال مجزا از  PTSD است که علائم و ابزار تشخیص آن با PTSD متفاوت است. ترکیب دلبستگی ناایمن و اختلال در تنظیم هیجان از عوامل زیربنایی ایجاد CPTSD در اثر ترومای کودکی هستند. درباره درمان CPTSD با توجه به نو بودن این اختلال، تحقیقات اندکی انجام شده و نیازمند مطالعات بیشتری است. The 11th edition of the WHO International Classification of Diseases (ICD11) has defined Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) as a new and different condition from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This article studied published research findings from 1992 to 2023 related to causative factors,  symptoms, assessment tools, differential diagnosis, and treatment of  CPTSD from Google Scholar, Science Direct, and Pubmed with a narrative reviewing method. Its methodology is based on the collection, classification, and summarizing of the findings of scientific articles. For this purpose, the keywords of trauma, CPTSD, and PTSD were used. 86 articles were selected in the initial search, and 39 articles related to childhood trauma and CPTSD and the difference between PTSD and CPTSD  were selected. The results showed that CPTSD  is a separate disorder from PTSD, whose symptoms and diagnostic tools are different from PTSD. The combination of insecure attachment and emotional dysregulation are the underlying factors in the development of CPTSD as a result of childhood trauma. due to the newness of this disorder, little research about its treatment has been done and more studies are needed. اختلال استرس پس از سانحه پیچیده, اختلال استرس پس از سانحه, تروما و مرور روایتی.
