fa مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه ادراک معلمان ابتدایی مجری طرح شهاب از طرح شناسایی و هدایت استعداد‌های برتر A phenomenological study of elementary teachers' perceptions of the project of identification and guidance of top talent روانشناسی تربیتی Educational Psychology پژوهشي Research طرح ملی شهاب باهدف شناسایی و هدایت دانش‌آموزان بااستعداد با محوریت معلم در ایران اجرا شده است. از آنجا کهآموزا|آ ....م بررسی ادراک معلمان به عنوان مجری این طرح در اجرای موفق آن نقش اساسی دارد، در این پژوهش ادراک معلمان شهرستان بیرجند از طرح شهاب به روش کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی بررسی شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان مجری طرح شهاب در شهرستان بیرجند در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399بود که با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع معیار استفاده شد که با مصاحبه از ۱۱ معلم، داده‌های اخذشده به اشباع رسید. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها جمع‌آوری‌شده، از روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلایزی و از نرم‌افزارMAXQDA12 به‌عنوان ابزار تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها در قالب 21مؤلفه و چهار مقوله ماهیت، اهداف، مشکلات و پیامدها  ارائه گردید که هرکدام از این مقوله‌ها دارای چندین مؤلفه است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دادند که معلمان نسبت به اهداف طرح به‌خوبی آگاه هستند و ضرورت اجرای طرح شهاب را به‌خوبی درک کرده‌اند. معلمان بر این اعتقاد هستند که اجرای این طرح دارای پیامدهای مختلفی است. از سوی دیگر مشکلاتی بر سر اجرای درست این طرح است. Shahab national project has been implemented in Iran with the aim of identifying and guiding talented students with teacher-centeredness. Considering that the examination of the teachers' perception as the implementers of this plan plays an essential role in its successful implementation, in this research, the perception of the teachers of Birjand City about the Shahab plan has been investigated in a qualitative and phenomenological way. The statistical population of the study was all the teachers implementing the Shahab project in Birjand City in the academic year 2020-2021. Due to the nature of the research, a criterion-type purposeful sampling method was used, and the data obtained reached saturation by interviewing 11 teachers. To analyze the collected data, the Colizzi analysis method, and MAXQDA12 software were used as data analysis tools. The findings were presented in the form of 21 components and four categories of nature, goals, problems, and consequences, each of which has several components. The findings of the research showed that the teachers are well aware of the project's goals and have well understood the necessity of implementing Shahab's project. Teachers believe that this project has various implications. On the other hand, there are problems with the correct implementation of this plan. طرح شهاب, ادراک معلمان, پدیدارشناسی.
