fa عوامل تاثیر گذار بر بروز علائم اضطراب اجتماعی در نوجوانان دچار اختلال اتیسم با عملکرد بالا: یک مطالعه مروری نظام مند روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology مروری سیستماتیک systematic review <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#0d0d0d">اضطراب اجتماعی از شایع ترین مشکلات &nbsp;گزارش شده در نوجوانان دچار اختلال اتیسم با عملکرد بالا است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مطالعه مروری نظام&shy;مند عوامل تاثیر گذار بر بروز علائم اضطراب اجتماعی در نوجوانان دچار اختلال اتیسم با عملکرد بالا بود. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش مروری نظام&shy;مند انجام شد. بدین صورت که یافته های پژوهشی &nbsp;از سال های 2000 تا 2021 میلادی در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی گوگل اسکالر، ساینس دایرکت، اسپرینگر، پاب مد، اسکوپوس، &nbsp;پروکوئست &nbsp;و سیج </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#0d0d0d">با</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#0d0d0d"> واژه های کلیدی اضطراب اجتماعی، اختلال طیف اتیسم، اختلال اتیسم با عملکرد بالا، نوجوانان دچار اختلال اتیسم با عملکرد بالا و اضطراب اجتماعی در اختلال اتیسم با عملکرد بالا جستجو شد که نهایتا بر اساس ملاک های ورود از بین 41 مقاله جستجو شده، با استفاده از چک لیست پریزما، 10 مقاله وارد پژوهش شده و یافته های به دست آمده طبقه بندی و&nbsp; گزارش شد. ارزیابی حاصل از مقالات نشان داد که نقص در مهارت های اجتماعی، سطح عملکرد بالا در اختلال طیف اتیسم و دوره نوجوانی مهم ترین عوامل&nbsp; تاثیر گذار بر بروز&nbsp; اضطراب اجتماعی در نوجوانان دچار اختلال اتیسم با عملکرد بالا است. تمرکز بر این عوامل می تواند راهگشای پژوهش های&nbsp; بیشتری در زمینه ارائه مداخلات موثر در جهت کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی در نوجوانان دچار اختلال اتیسم با عملکرد بالا برای پژوهشگران و متخصصان باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0d0d0d">Social anxiety is one of the most common problems reported in adolescents with high-functioning autism. The purpose of the present study was a systematic review of factors affecting the occurrence of social anxiety symptoms in adolescents with high-functioning autism. This research was conducted using a systematic review method. Thus, the research findings from 2000 to 2021 in Google Scholar, Science Direct, Springer, PubMed, Scopus ProQuest, and Sage with the keywords social anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, high-functioning autism disorder, adolescents with high-functioning autism disorder, and social anxiety in high-functioning autism disorder were searched, and finally, based on the inclusion criteria, among the 41 articles searched, using the PRISMA checklist, 10 articles were included in the research and the findings were classified And reported. The evaluation of the articles showed that defects in social skills, high-performance levels in autism spectrum disorder, and adolescence period are the most important factors affecting the incidence of social anxiety in adolescents with high-functioning autism.
