fa ارتباط مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای و اضطراب کرونا با گرایش به مصرف مواد در بحران همه‌گیری کرونا The Relationship between Coping Skills and Coronavirus Anxiety with Substance Use Tendency in the Coronavirus Epidemic Crisis سلامت Health پژوهشي Research در شرایط بحران همه‌گیری کرونا، بهداشت روانی افراد تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته و مسائل بسیاری را بالاخص در بحث مصرف مواد مخدر به همراه داشته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه اضطراب کرونا و مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای با مصرف مواد در شهر اردبیل در سال 1400 انجام شده است. روش پژوهش مورد-شاهدی بود. به طوری که با مراجعه به مراکز ترک اعتیاد 80 نفر از افراد مصرف کننده مواد با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و سپس 80 نفر از افراد به عنوان گروه گواه، از نظر برخی متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی با آنان همتاسازی و مقایسه شدند. آزمودنی‌ها به فرم آنلاین پرسشنامه‌های گرایش به مصرف مواد وید (1992)، اضطراب کرونا لی (2020) و مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای لازاروس و فولکمن (1984) پاسخ دادند و داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t و رگرسیون لجستیک در نرم افزار SPSS-25 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. افراد مصرف کننده مواد در مقایسه با افراد گروه گواه، میزان بالاتری از اضطراب کرونا را تجربه کرده و برای مقابله با استرس، بیشتر از راهبرد هیجان مدار استفاده می‌کنند. 79 درصد واریانس گرایش به مصرف مواد توسط مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای و اضطراب کرونا تبیین شد که راهبرد هیجان مدار (51%) بیشترین سهم را در پیش‌بینی داشته است. اضطراب کرونا و استفاده از راهبردهای ناکارآمد مقابله با استرس خصوصاَ راهبرد هیجان مدار در گرایش به مصرف مواد نقش دارد. بنابراین، در شرایط بحرانی همه‌گیری کرونا، علاوه بر مداخلات پزشکی در نظر گرفته شده برای این بیماری، آگاهی از تبعات روانی این بحران برای پیش‌گیری از مصرف مواد افراد، ضروری است. In the context of the Corona epidemic crisis, the mental health of individuals has been affected and has led to many issues, especially in the discussion of drug use. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between coronavirus anxiety and coping skills with substance use in Ardabil in 1400. The research method was case-control. So by referring to addiction treatment centers, 80 people using drugs were selected by the available sampling method and then 80 people as a control group were matched and compared with them in terms of some demographic variables. Subjects answered online forms of Weed’s Addiction Acknowledgement Scale (1992), Lee’s Coronavirus Anxiety Scale (2020), and Lazarus and Folkman’s (1984) Coping Skills Questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using t-test and logistic regression in SPSS-25 software. Substance users experienced a higher level of coronavirus anxiety compared to controls and used more emotion-oriented strategies to cope with stress. 79% of the variance of substance use tendency was explained by coping skills and coronavirus anxiety, of which emotion-oriented strategy (51%) had the largest share in prediction. Coronavirus anxiety and the use of ineffective stress management strategies, especially emotion-oriented strategies, play a role in drug addiction. Therefore, in the COVID-19 epidemic crisis, in addition to medical interventions for this disease, it is necessary to be aware of the psychological consequences of this crisis to prevent drug use. اضطراب کرونا, مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای, گرایش به مصرف مواد, همه‌گیری کرونا, کووید-19.
