fa اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی بر سازگاری رفتاری، اضطراب و ترس دندانپزشکی کودکان The Effectiveness of Meta-Diagnostic Treatment on behavioral adaptation, anxiety and Fear Dentistry Childrens روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی بر سازگاری رفتاری، اضطراب و ترس دندانپزشکی کودکان بود. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون_ پسآزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کودکان ۱۱ الی۷ ساله مراجعه کننده به کلینیک دندانپزشکی تبریز در طول سال 1399 که دچار ترس و اضطراب بودند، تشکیل دادند. از بین کودکان مراجعه کننده به شیوه در دسترس تعداد30 کودک انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. به طوری که گروه آزمایشی درمان فرا تشخیصی را به مدت 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای هفتهای یک جلسه و طی 3 ماه دریافت کرد؛ در حالی که گروه گواه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس بررسی ترس کودکان- زیر شاخص دندانپزشکی (CFSSS) (کاتبرت و ملامد، 1982)، پرسشنامه اضطراب دندانپزشکی (DAQ) ونیهام و  همکاران، 1980) و مقیاس رفتاری سازگاری (ABS) (فرانکل، 1962) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (01/0>P). در واقع درمان فراتشخیصی باعث کاهش ترس و اضطراب و افزایش سازگاری رفتاری کودکان در دندانپزشکی میشود.  The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of meta-diagnostic treatment on children's behavioral adaptation, anxiety, and dental fear. This research was applied in terms of purpose and semi-experimental in terms of research design with pre-test-post-test design and control group. The statistical population of this research was made up of all children aged 11 to 7 years who were referred to Tabriz dental clinic in 2019 and were suffering from fear and anxiety. Among the referring children, 30 children were selected in an available way and were randomly placed in two experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups. So that the experimental group received meta-diagnostic treatment for 10 sessions of 90 minutes, one session per week for 3 months; While the group did not receive a training certificate. To collect data from the Children's Fear of Dentistry Scale-Sub-Index (CFSSS) (Cathebert and Melamed, 1982), the Dental Anxiety Questionnaire (DAQ) and Vaniham et al., 1980) and the Adaptive Behavior Scale (ABS) (Frankel, 1962) ) used. Data analysis was done with the statistical method of multivariate covariance analysis. The results of the research showed that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental group compared to the control group (P<0.01). Transdiagnostic treatment reduces fear and anxiety and increases children's behavioral adaptation in dentistry. اضطراب, ترس, سازگاری رفتاری, دندانپزشکی.
