fa مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش تربیت مخچه و برنامه آموزشی کارکردهای اجرایی بر نظریه ذهن کودکان دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای Comparing the effectiveness of cerebellar training and executive functions training program on the theory of mind of children with oppositional defiant disorder روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology پژوهشي Research هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش تربیت مخچه و برنامه آموزشی کارکردهای اجرایی بر نظریه ذهن کودکان دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل با دوره پیگیری 1 ماه بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کودکان 5 تا 6 ساله مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای شهر گنبدکاووس در سال 1401-1400 بود. حجم نمونه شامل 45  نفر بود که به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند. برای گروه آزمایشی اول، آموزش تربیت مخچه و برای گروه آزمایشی دوم، آموزش کارکردهای اجرایی اجرا شد درحالی‌که گروه گواه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس پرسشنامه علائم مرضی کودکان (4-CSI، گادو و اسپرافکین، 1994) و پرسشنامهی نظریه ذهن (TOM، موریس و همکاران، 1999)  بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری میانگین هر دو گروه آزمایش از گروه گواه به‌صورت معناداری بیشتر است (05/0p<). نتایج نشان داد که آموزش تربیت مخچه و برنامه آموزشی کارکردهای اجرایی، مداخلات کارآمدی برای بهبود نظریه ذهن کودکان دارای اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای است. The purpose of this research was to compare the effectiveness of cerebellar training and executive functions training programs on the theory of mind of children with oppositional defiant disorder. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design and a control group with a follow-up period of 1 month. The statistical population of this research included all 5-6-year-old children suffering from oppositional disobedience disorder in Gonbad Kavos city in 2022. The sample size included 45 people who were selected by the available sampling method and placed in two experimental and control groups. For the first experimental group, cerebellar training and for the second experimental group, executive functions training was implemented, while the control group did not receive training. The research tools included the Children Symptom Inventory-4 (CSI-4, Gadow, Sprafkin, 1994 ) and the Theory of Mind Questionnaire (TOM, Muris, et al, 1999). Analysis of variance with repeated measurements was used for statistical analysis. The results showed that in the post-test and follow-up phases, the average of both experimental groups was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05). The results showed that cerebellar training and executive functions training programs are efficient interventions to improve the theory of mind of children with oppositional defiant disorder. تربیت مخچه, کارکردهای اجرایی, نظریه ذهن.
