fa مقایسه خودارزشیابی های مرکزی و شیفتگی مرتبط با کار در معلمان آموزش ویژه و آموزش عمومی روانشناسی عمومی General Psychology پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"><span dir="RTL">مطالعه حاضر با هدف &nbsp;مقایسه&shy; خودارزشیابی&shy;های مرکزی </span><span dir="RTL">&ndash;</span><span dir="RTL"> <u>بمعنای یک ارزیابی که فرد از ارزشمندی، توانمندیها و کفایت&shy;هایش به عمل می آورد - وشیفتگی مرتبط با کار -بمعنای انگیزش درونی به انجام، درگیری</u></span><u> <span dir="RTL">و لذت بردن از کار</span></u><span dir="RTL">- در معلمان آموزش ویژه&nbsp; و <u>عادی</u></span> بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مدارس آموزش ویژه&nbsp; و <u>عادی</u> شهرستان قم بود و نمونه&shy;ای از معلمان مدارس آموزش ویژه&nbsp; و<u> عادی</u>(40 نفر معلم مدارس آموزش ویژه و 40 نفر معلم مدارس <u>عادی</u>) انتخاب گردید. ابزار جمع آوری داده پرسشنامه ها مشتمل بر مقیاس&shy;های خودارزشیابی&shy;های مرکزی <u>جوج</u> و شیفتگی مرتبط با کار &nbsp;<u>باکر</u> بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها با استفاده از روش&shy;های آماری تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره و آمار توصیفی&nbsp; انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش مبین آن بود که بین معلمان مدارس آموزش ویژه و معلمان مدارس <u>عادی</u> در مولفه خودارزشیابی&shy;های مرکزی وشیفتگی مرتبط با کار تفاوت معنادار(001/0p<<span dir="RTL">) وجود دارد،که در این بین معلمان مدارس آموزش ویژه&nbsp; نمره پایین&shy;تری داشته&shy;اند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده همواره شناسایی راه های ارتباط و یادگیری دانش آموزان آموزش ویژه برای&nbsp; معلمانشان از مواردیست که می بایست مورد پشتیبانی&nbsp; و ارایه خدمات تخصصی واقع شود</span></p> <p>The present research aims to compare and contrast the central self-evaluations- Which mean that the person is an assessment of the value, capabilities and provides its adequacy- and the captivations related to jobs- Means the intrinsic motivation to do the work involved and enjoy- in Teachers special education and general education. in a descriptive and segmental study, the central self-evaluations and the captivations related to jobs are compared and contrasted in normal teachers and exceptional students` teachers (40 Teachers special education and general education teachers); teachers are homogenized in terms of degree, experience, educational grade, marital status and settlement. The participants are sampled simple-randomly. Data-collecting instruments are a questionnaire containing demographic specifications and Bakker`s questions of central self-evaluations and captivations related to jobs. Analyzing data is done using the analysis of multi-variable variance and descriptive statistics.
