fa کاوش مدل رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان و مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری :مطالعه موردی آموزش وپرورش ناحیه1 چهارمحال و بختیاری پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان با مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری کارکنان آموزش پرورش ناحیه 1چهارمحال و بختیاری &nbsp;می&shy;باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نظر روش یک تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی می&shy;باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه کارکنان اداره &nbsp;به تعداد 100 نفر می&shy;باشند. حجم نمونه با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماری از فرمول جامعه محدود کوکران تعداد 80 نفر برآورد شد. با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر، فرضیه&shy;های تحقیق مورد بررسی و آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان می&shy;دهد که بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری در بین کارکنان آموزش و پرورش ناحیه (1) چهارمحال و بختیاری رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.</p> <p>This study aimed to investigate the relationship between quality of work life of employees with customer relationship management staff Education Area 1 is the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari.
