fa رابطه طرحواره جدایی با اضطراب مرگ در پرستاران بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه: با نقش میانجی معنا در زندگی و ادراک حمایت اجتماعی The Relationship between the Schema of Separation and Death Anxiety in Nurses of Intensive Care Unit: the Mediating Role of Meaning in Life and the Perception of Social Support روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین روابط ساختاری بین طرحواره ناسازگار احساس جدایی با اضطراب مرگ با توجه به نقش واسطهای معنا در زندگی و حمایت اجتماعی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمام پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر تهران در سال 1402-1401 بود که از بیماران در معرض مرگ مراقبت میکردند. نمونه آماری شامل 203 نفر بود که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت اندازهگیری متغیرها در پژوهش از پرسشنامه اضطراب مرگ (DAS، تمپلر، 1970)، پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (MSPSS، زیمت و همکاران، 1988)، پرسشنامه معنا در زندگی (MLQ، استگر و همکاران 2006) و پرسشنامه طرحواره یانگ-فرم کوتاه (YSQ-SF، یانگ، 1990) بودند. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان دادند طرحواره جدایی بر اضطراب مرگ اثرمستقیم و از طریق ادراک حمایت اجتماعی و معنا در زندگی اثر غیرمستقیم بر اضطراب مرگ دارد (001/0p <). همچنین نتایج حاکی از این بود که طرحواره جدایی بر ادراک حمایت اجتماعی و معنا در زندگی اثر مستقیم داشت  (001/0p <). نتایج نشان داد مدل از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود. با توجه به این یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که طرحواره جدایی به واسطهی معنا در زندگی و ادراک حمایت اجتماعی نقش مهمی در شکلگیری اضطراب مرگ در پرستاران دارد. The present study aimed to determine the structural relationships between the separation maladaptive schema and death anxiety, with the mediating role of the meaning of life and social support. The present research was descriptive-correlational based on path analysis. The statistical population of this study included all nurses who worked in Tehran hospitals in 2022-2023 and provided care for end-of-life patients. We selected 203 individuals using a purposive sampling method. Instruments used in the study include the Death Anxiety Scale (DAS, Templer, 1970), The multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS, Zimmet et al, 1988), the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MSQ, Steger et al. 2006), and Young's schema questionnaire-Short form (YSQ-SF, Young, 1990). Data were analyzed using the path analysis method. The results showed separation schema had a direct effect on death anxiety and an indirect effect through the mediation of the meaning of life and the perception of social support (p<0.001). Also, the results showed that the separation schema directly affected social support and meaning in life. The results showed that the model had a good fit. According to these findings, it can be concluded that the schema of separation through meaning in life and the perception of social support plays an important role in the formation of death anxiety in nurses. حمایت اجتماعی, طرحواره ناسازگار, معنا در زندگی, اضطراب مرگ.
