fa نقش واسطه‌ای تاب‌آوری و سرسختی روانشناختی در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و سلامت روان زوجین متعارض شهر بندرعباس The mediating role of resilience and psychological toughness in the relationship between attachment styles and mental health of conflicted couples in Bandar Abbas city روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش واسطه‌ای تاب‌آوری و سرسختی روانشناختی در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و سلامت روان زوجین متعارض شهر بندرعباس بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه تمامی زوجین متعارض مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره در شهر بندرعباس در سال 1403 بود. در این پژوهش 270 نفر (135زوج) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه دلبستگی (RAAS؛ کولینز و رید، 1990)، پرسشنامه سلامت روانی (MHC-SF ؛ کیز، 2002)، پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری (CD-RISC؛ کانر و دیویدسون، 2003)، پرسشنامه سرسختی (PHQ؛ کوباسا، 1989) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود و تاب‌آوری، سرسختی روانشناختی و سبک‌های دلبستگی اثر مستقیم بر سلامت‌روان تاثیر داشتند (05/0<P)؛ نتایج آزمون بوت استرپ نشان داد همچنین تاب‌آوری و سرسختی‌روانشناختی در ارتباط بین سبک‌های دلبستگی با سلامت روان زوجین متعارض نقش میانجی‌گری داشت (001/0>p ). نتایج این مطالعه دلالت بر این دارد که سبک‌های دلبستگی، تاب‌آوری و سرسختی روانشناختی در یک تعامل پیچیده و چندبعدی، می‌توانند سلامت روان زوجین متعارض را پیش‌بینی کنند. The present study aimed to determine the mediating role of psychological resilience and hardiness in the relationship between attachment styles and the mental health of conflicting couples in Bandar Abbas. The present study method was descriptive-correlational using structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study was all conflicting couples referring to counseling centers in Bandar Abbas in 2024. In this study, 270 people (135 couples) were selected using convenience sampling. The attachment questionnaire (RAAS; Collins & Reid, 1990), mental health questionnaire (MHC-SF; Keyes, 2002), resilience questionnaire (CD-RISC; Connor & Davidson, 2003), and hardiness questionnaire (PHQ; Kubasa, 1989) were used to collect data. The findings showed that the proposed model had a favorable fit and that resilience, psychological hardiness, and attachment styles had a direct effect on mental health (P<0.05); the results of the bootstrap test also showed that resilience and psychological hardiness played a mediating role in the relationship between attachment styles and the mental health of conflicting couples (P<0.001). The results of this study imply that attachment styles, resilience, and psychological hardiness, in a complex and multidimensional interaction, can predict the mental health of conflicting couples. سبک‌های دلبستگی, تاب‌آوری, سرسختی روانشناختی, سلامت‌روان.
