fa اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر امید به زندگی و بهزیستی معنوی زنان مطلقه مراجعه‌کننده به بهزیستی The effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on life expectancy and spiritual well-being in divorced women referring to Behzisti روانشناسی خانواده Family Psychology پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر امید به زندگی و بهزیستی معنوی زنان مطلقه مراجعه‌کننده به بهزیستی انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌‌آزمون_ پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه زنان مراجعه‌کننده به بهزیستی شهر تبریز در شش ماهه دوم 1402 تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها تعداد 40 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و یک گروه کنترل (20 نفر) جایگزین شدند. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره (مانکوا) استفاده شد. جهت جمع‌آوری دادهها از دو پرسشنامه بهزیستی معنوی (SWBS) پالوتزین و الیسون (1983) و امید به زندگی بزرگسالان (AHS) اسنایدر و همکاران (1991) استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش‌آزمون، بین میانگین پس‌آزمون امید به زتدگی و بهزیستی معنوی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در سطح 05/0 تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. بنابراین، از یافته‌های فوق میتوان نتیجه گرفت که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در افزایش امید به زندگی و همینطور بهبود بهزیستی معنوی موثر بوده است. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on life expectancy and spiritual well-being of divorced women, referring to Behzisti. The method of this research was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design and a control group. The statistical population of this study included divorced women who referred to the Tabriz City Behzisti Office in the second half of 1402. Among the,m 40 people were selected through purposive sampling and randomly assigned to an experimental group (20 people) and a control group (20 people). Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was used to analyze the data. Two questionnaires, Spiritual Well-Being (SWBS) by Palotzin and Ellison (1983) and Adult Life Expectancy (AHS) by Snyder et al. (1991), were used to collect data. The findings showed that by controlling for the pre-test effect, there was a significant difference between the mean post-test of life expectancy and spiritual well-being in the experimental and control groups at the 0.05 level. Therefore, from the above findings, it can be concluded that acceptance and commitment therapy was effective in increasing life expectancy and improving spiritual well-being. امید به زندگی, بهزیستی معنوی, درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد, زنان مطلقه مراجعه‌کننده به بهزیستی.
