fa تبیین پدیدارشناسانه تجارب زیسته‌ی والدین فرزندپذیر ازچالش های والدگری A Phenomenological Explanation of Adoptive Parents' Lived Experiences of Parenting Challenges روانشناسی تربیتی Educational Psychology کیفی Qualitative article والدین فرزندپذیر تجارب و چالش‌های بسیاری را پیرامون ایجاد ارتباط موثر و تطبیق خود با نیازهای عاطفی، روانی واجتماعی فرزندخواندگان خود تجربه می‌کنند. این پژوهش بر اساس رویکرد پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام شد و هدف از اجرای آن، بررسی چالشهای والدگری از دیدگاه والدین فرزندپذیر مراجعه کننده به سازمان بهزیستی استان اصفهان، در سال 1404-1403 بود. بازه زمانی اجرا پژوهش دی ماه تا اسفندماه  بود. حجم نمونه دوازده نفر بود و ملاکهای اصلی برای انتخاب شرکتکنندگان داشتن حداقل یک فرزند خوانده و داوطلببودن برای شرکت در پژوهش بود. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده و تجربههای زندگی شرکتکنندگان بررسی شد. برای تحلیل مصاحبهها از روش کلایزی استفاده شد. نتایج مصاحبهها پس از استخراج موضوعی و طبقهبندی، در 3 مضمون اصلی واکنش‌های هیجانی اولیه، تغییرات سبک زندگی و چالش‌های دوران فرزندخواندگی وضرورت های والدگری و 20 مضمون فرعی طبقهبندی شدند. در مجموع، واکاوی چالشهای والدگری در والدین فرزندپذیر نشان داد آنها از ابعاد مختلف ارتباطی، رفتاری، اجتماعی، خانوادگی و فرهنگی تحت تاثیر قرار میگیرند. بنابراین از این مضمونها میتوان به منظور تدوین برنامههای آموزشی و روانشناختی برای والدین دارای فرزندخوانده استفاده کرد. Adoptive parents experience numerous challenges and complexities surrounding establishing effective communication and adapting themselves to the emotional, psychological, and social needs of their adopted children. This study was conducted based on a descriptive phenomenological approach. Its objective was to investigate parenting challenges from the perspective of adoptive parents referred to the Welfare Organization of Isfahan Province during the years 2024-2025. The study period was from January to March 2025. The sample size consisted of twelve participants. The main criteria for selecting participants were having at least one adopted child and volunteering to participate in the study. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data, and the lived experiences of participants were examined. Interview data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s method. Following thematic extraction and classification, the interview results were categorized into 3 main themes: Initial Emotional Reactions, Lifestyle Changes and Challenges of the Adoption Period, and Parenting Necessities; along with 20 sub-themes. Overall, the exploration of parenting challenges among adoptive parents revealed that they are affected across various dimensions: relational, behavioral, social, familial, and cultural.
