fa رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر بندرعباس پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و خود کارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر بندر عباس بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش شناسی:</strong> &nbsp;روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل دبیران تربیت بدنی مشغول به کار در مدارس شهر بندرعباس در سه مقطع ابتدایی، راهنمایی و دبیرستان در سال تحصیلی (1393-1394) می باشد، که تعداد آنها برابر با 225 نفر بوده و براساس فرمول مورگان &nbsp;142 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی خوشه ای در ناحیه یک و دو انتخاب شدند. از تعداد 142 پرسشنامه پخش شده 140 پرسشنامه برگشت داده شد. ابزار مورد نظر برای سنجش متغیرها، رگه هوش هیجانی و خودکارآمدی بود. پایایی خودکارآمدی و هوش هیجانی با استفاده ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر با 81/0 و 83/0 محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیری توسط نرم افزار 18<span dir="LTR">spss</span> استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که بین هوش هیجانی(خودآگاهی، مهارت های اجتماعی، درک عواطف خود) با خودکارآمدی در معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر بندرعباس رابطه معناداری وجود داشت. همچنین مشخص شد، 3/27 درصد از تغییرات واریانس متغیر خودکارآمدی توسط، ابعاد هوش هیجانی( خوش بینی، خودآگاهی، درک عواطف خود و مهارت های اجتماعی) تبیین می شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</strong> بنابراین هوش هیجانی و خودکارآمدی بالای معلمان برای بهره برداری از فرصت های اندک و موجود و استفاده از روش های خلاقانه می تواند در جهت پیشبرد اهداف تربیت بدنی در آموزش و پرورش بسیار مهم و موثر باشد.</p> <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy among physical education teachers in Bandar Abbas.</p> <p><strong>Methodology: </strong>The methods of this study is descriptive- correlation. The population consists of all physical education teachers working in schools of education in Bandar Abbas in three elementary, middle and high school academic year (1393-1394), which is a number equal to 225, according to the formula Morgan 142 subjects were selected&nbsp;randomly in the one and two were selected. But of the 142 questionnaires distributed, 140 questionnaires were returned.&nbsp;Tool to measure the variables of interest include: Furnham (Ptraydz and Farnham, 1996) and efficacy (Shrrv et al., 1982) was. Efficacy and reliability using Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient EI respectively 81% and 4/83 percentage is calculated. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regressions were used by software 18spss. <strong>Results:</strong> Hypothesis testing showed that between emotional intelligence (self-awareness, social skills, understand their emotions) the efficacy of physical education teachers in Bandar Abbas, a significant relationship was found. But the optimism and self-efficacy for physical education teachers in Bandar Abbas, a significant relationship was found.
