fa تدوین مدل خود-خاموشی بر اساس رضایت زناشویی و سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت با نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان در زنان متاهل The Development of a self-silencing model based on marital satisfaction and dark triad personality with the mediating role of emotion regulation in married women روانشناسی خانواده Family Psychology پژوهشي Research این پژوهش با هدف تدوین مدل خود-خاموشی بر اساس رضایت زناشویی و سهگانه تاریک شخصیت با نقش واسطهای تنظیم هیجان در زنان متاهل انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی_همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش زنان متاهل شهر اصفهان در سال 1404 بودند. به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس نمونه ای به تعداد 253 نفر انتخاب و پرسشنامه های پژوهش را تکمیل کردند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه مقیاس خود-خاموشی (STSS، جک و دیل، 1992)، مقیاس زناشویی انریچ (EMS، فاورز و السون، 1989)، مقیاس سه صفت شخصیت تاریک (DTDDS، جانسون و وبستر، 2010) و پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان (ERQ، گراس و جان، 2003) بودند. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل بود. یافته ها نشان داد که رضایت زناشویی هم به صورت مستقیم و هم غیر مستقیم از طریق ابعاد ارزیابی مجدد و سرکوبی متغیر تنظیم هیجان قادر به پیشبینی خود-خاموشی بودند. همچنین ویژگی های شخصیتی سه گانه تاریک ماکیاولیسم و جامعه ستیزی به صورت غیر مستقیم و از طریق سرکوبی، قادر به پیش بینی خود-خاموشی بودند (۰01/۰p&lsaquo;). این نتایج نشان میدهد که رضایت زناشویی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی سه‌گانه تاریک، با نقش کلیدی تنظیم هیجان، می‌توانند خود-خاموشی در زنان متأهل را تبیین کنند و بنابراین درک این مکانیسم‌ها می‌تواند به توسعه مداخلات روان‌شناختی برای بهبود کیفیت روابط زناشویی کمک شایانی کند. This study was conducted with the aim of developing a self-silencing model based on marital satisfaction and the dark triad of personality, considering the mediating role of emotion regulation in married women. The present research was a descriptive-correlational study of the path analysis type. The statistical population consisted of married women in the city of Isfahan in the year 2025. Using a convenience sampling method, a sample of 253 participants was selected, and they completed the research questionnaires. The instruments used in this study included the Self-Silencing Scale (STSS, Jack & Dill, 1992), the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Scale (EMS, Fowers & Olson, 1989), the Dark Triad Trait Scale (DTDDS, Johnson & Webster, 2010), and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ, Gross & John, 2003). Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the path analysis indicated a good fit of the model. The findings showed that marital satisfaction could predict self-silencing both directly and indirectly through the dimensions of reappraisal and suppression of the emotion regulation variable. Additionally, the dark triad personality traits of Machiavellianism and psychopathy were able to predict self-silencing indirectly through suppression (p<0.001). These results suggest that marital satisfaction and dark triad personality traits, with the key role of emotion regulation, can explain self-silencing in married women, and therefore, understanding these mechanisms can significantly contribute to the development of psychological interventions aimed at improving the quality of marital relationships. رضایت زناشویی, سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت, تنظیم هیجان, خود-خاموشی.
