fa بررسی عوامل موثر بر پرورش ذهن راه حل ساز:یک مطالعه کیفی نظریه داده بنیاد مشاوره counseling کیفی Qualitative article <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر شکل‌گیری ذهن راه‌حل ساز می‌پردازد؛ رویکردی شناختی و پویا که بر خلق راه‌حل‌های عملی و مثبت به‌جای تحلیل علل مشکلات تمرکز دارد. این مطالعه در سال تحصیلی </span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">۱۴۰۳</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span arial="" style="font-family:">&ndash;</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">۱۴۰۴</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد نجف‌آباد انجام شد. با استفاده از روش‌شناسی نظریه داده‌بنیاد گلیزر، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 16 شرکت‌کننده که بر اساس کسب نمرات بالا در سیاهه ساخت راه‌حل انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. از طریق تحلیل مقایسه‌ای مداوم، چهار مقوله محوری شناسایی شد: منابع درونی مانند صبوری و خودکارآمدی، تعاملات توانمندساز مانند روابط حمایتی و ارتباط سازنده، ابزارهای ساخت راه‌حل مانند استراتژی‌های شناختی و تحلیلی و فعال‌سازی منابع مانند امید و ذهنیت رشد. این مقوله‌ها در قالب یک مدل مفهومی نوآورانه تلفیق شدند و چارچوبی برای درک ذهن راه‌حل‌ساز و فرآیند شکل‌گیری آن ارائه می‌کنند. یافته‌ها به نظریه روان‌شناسی </span></span></span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌های این پژوهش با معرفی مفاهیم نوینی مانند آرامش‌زدایی و تفکر نموداری به توسعه نظریه‌های روان‌شناسی کمک می‌کنند. مفهوم آرامش‌زدایی می‌تواند در آموزش مهارت‌های تنظیم هیجان و افزایش تحمل پریشانی به کار رود، و تفکر نموداری می‌تواند مبنایی برای آموزش فرایندهای گام‌به‌گام راه‌حل‌سازی و تصمیم‌گیری آگاهانه باشد. این رویکردها زمینه ارتقای تاب‌آوری، انگیزش درونی و ذهن راه‌حل‌ساز را فراهم می‌سازند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This study explores the factors influencing the formation of the solution-building mind&mdash;a dynamic cognitive approach that emphasizes creating practical and positive solutions rather than analyzing the causes of problems. The research was conducted during the 1403&ndash;1404 academic year among students at the Islamic Azad University, Najafabad Branch. Using Glaser&rsquo;s grounded theory methodology, semi-structured interviews were carried out with 16 participants selected based on high scores on the Solution-Building Inventory. Through constant comparative analysis, four core categories were identified: internal resources (e.g., patience, self-efficacy), empowering interactions (e.g., supportive relationships, constructive communication), solution-building tools (e.g., cognitive and analytical strategies), and resource activation (e.g., hope, growth mindset). These categories were integrated into an innovative conceptual model that provides a framework for understanding the solution-building mind and its developmental process. The findings advance psychological theory by introducing novel concepts such as tranquility-disruption and flowchart thinking. The concept of tranquility-disruption can be applied in training emotional regulation skills and enhancing distress tolerance, while flowchart thinking may serve as a foundation for teaching step-by-step solution-building and informed decision-making.
