fa ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسش‌نامه مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر اساس دیدگاه مولوی Construct and validate communication skills scale based on Molavi's view روانشناسی دینی Religious Psychology پژوهشي Research انسان موجودی اجتماعی است که خواه‌ناخواه با دیگران در ارتباط است و با استفاده از مهارت‌های ارتباطی می‌تواند عملکرد مؤثرتری در اجتماع داشته باشد. اگرچه تاکنون در این زمینه، ابزارهای خارجی و ایرانی گوناگونی ساخته شده ولی سنجش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر اساس منابع ادبی غنی ایران نادیده گرفته شده‌است؛ با توجّه به این که مولوی از جمله شاعران توانایی است که در اثار خود به جنبه‌های مختلف ارتباط توجّه نموده هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ ساخت و اعتباریابی مقیاسی برای سنجش مهارت‌های ارتباطی بر اساس دیدگاه مولوی (MCSS) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 20 از هشت عامل تأثیرگذاری، غیرکلامی، کلامی، ابراز هیجان، پذیرا بودن، آگاهی کلامی و انگیختگی مثبت درونی و گرایش درونی که با استفاده از روش تحلیل مؤلّفه‌های اصلی و چرخش واریماکس استخراج شدند، حمایت می‌کند. برای سنجش روایی پرسش‌نامه از روایی محتوا و ملاک استفاده شد که در سطح مطلوبی هستند و پایایی آن، از طریق محاسبۀ ضریب الفای کرونباخ 64/0 به دست آمد؛ بنابراین می‌توان به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این ابزار برای سنجش جنبه‌های مختلف مهارت‌های ارتباطی اعتماد کرد و با توجّه به کمبود ابزارهای روان‌سنجی ساخته شده بر اساس منابع ادبی ایران، می توان از ان به‌عنوان ابزاری مناسب برای سنجش این مهارت‌ها در افراد ایرانی استفاده کرد. Humans are social beings that communicate with others inevitably and by using communication skills can fuction more effectively in society. However a variety of external and Iranian tools are constructed but assessment of communication skills based on the Iran's rich literary sources has been ignored;. Due to Molavi is one of the great poets that attentioned to various aspects of communication; the aim of this study is to construct and validate a scale to assess communication skills based on Molavi’s view. The studied sample consisted of 385 students of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman who were selected using random sampling and data were collected using Molavi’s Communication Skills Scale (MCSS) and Queendom communication skills test. Factor analysis of MCSS revealed support for construct validity of MCSS in a eight factors solution whereby Influencing, Non-verbal, Verbal, Emotional expression, Openness, Awareness of verbal, Internal positive motivation and Inner orientation were extracted as using principal components analysis method and Varimax rotation. Content validity and criterion validity was used to assess validity of the questionnaire that are desirable and its reliability that calculate through Cronbach's alpha coefficients was 0/64. So we can trust on its results to assess various aspects of communication skills and according to lack of psychometric instruments built on the Iran's literary sources , this questionnaire can be used as a suitable instrument for assessing these skills in Iranian people. مهارت‌های ارتباطی, مولوی, کوئین دام, دانشجویان.
