fa فراتحلیل رابطه بین فرسودگی شغلی و سلامت روان در ایران: طی سال‌های 79 تا 92 روانشناسی عمومی General Psychology پژوهشي Research <p>با توجه به تاثیر فرسودگی شغلی بر سلامت روان، هدف از پژوهش حاضر فراتحلیل تحقیقات انجام شده پیرامون رابطه میان فرسودگی شغلی و سلامت روان بود. این پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیک فراتحلیل،نتایج حاصل از انجام تحقیقات مختلف را یکپارچه کرده و میزان اندازه اثر رابطه فرسودگی شغلی با سلامت روان را مشخص نمود. بدین منظور از بین 26 پژوهش، 17 پژوهش که از لحاظ روش شناختی مورد قبول بود، انتخاب شده و فراتحلیل بر روی آنها انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر 2800 شرکت کننده و 17 انداز اثر می باشدکه چک لیست فراتحلیل برای آنها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد رابطه فرسودگی شغلی و سلامت روان به طور کلی (415/0) می باشد که نشان دهنده رابطه نسبتا قوی میان این دو متغیر است. نتایج این پژوهش بر اهمیت توجه به فرسودگی شغلی و پیامدهای زیانبار آن در زمینه سلامت روان تاکید می‌ورزد.</p> <p>According to the effect of burnout on mental health, the aim of current research was meta-analysis of studies which were conducted onthe relationship between burnout and mental health. Through meta-analysis method, this study integrated the results of various studies and then determined the effect size of the relationship between burnout and mental health. To achieve this purpose,among 26 studies, 17 studies which were accepted methodologically, were selected and meta-analysis was done on them. The present study is based on 2800 participants and 17 effect sizeswhich meta-analysis checklist was used for them. Generally, the findings indicatethat the effect size of burnout and mental health is 0.415 which it shows a relatively strong relation between these two variables.
