fa پیش بینی بهزیستی ذهنی دانشجویان پرستاری بر اساس سرمایه روان شناختی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش سرمایه روان شناختی در پیش بینی بهزیستی ذهنی دانشجویان دختر بود.<strong>روش:</strong> طرح پژوهش توصیفی &ndash; همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان دختر رشته پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان مشغول به تحصیل در سال95 می باشد که 89 نفر از دانشجویان به صورت تصادفی منظم به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شدند.از پرسشنامه هایسرمایه روان شناختی لوتانز و بهزیستی ذهنی دینر جهت سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده گردید. <strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج تحلیل آماری داده ها&nbsp; نشان داد که فرضیات پژوهشی در سطح 99/0 از اطمینان معنادار می باشد. <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بنابراین نتیجه گرفته می شود که سرمایه روان شناختی و مولفه های آن پیش بینی کننده مناسبی برای بهزیستی ذهنی دانشجویان می باشد.</p> <p>Purpose: This study aims to predict subjective well-being based on psychological capital in female nursing students. Methods: The design of the study was descriptive &ndash; correlation. The statistical population comprised female nursing students of&nbsp; Kashan University of Medical Sciences in the 1395 year. The research sample consisted of 89nursing female students that were selected by the Systematic randomized sampling method. Luthans psychological capital questionnaire and Diener subjective well-being questionnaire was used to measure variables. Results: The results showed that the hypothesis of this study is significant at the 99% level of confidence.
