fa مقایسه ی رضامندی زناشویی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری-عملی و عادی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> اختلال وسواس فکری &ndash; عملی یک چالش جدی طولانی مدت هم برای خود بیماران و هم سیستم خانوادگی ایجاد می‌کند و حوزه‌های مختلفی از زندگی فرد را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند. شواهد پژوهشی حاکی از تأثیر منفی و مخرب اختلال وسواس فکری &ndash; عملی بر رضامندی زناشویی است. با توجه به این موضوع، هدف این پژوهش، مقایسه‌ی رضامندی زناشویی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری &ndash; عملی و عادی&nbsp; بود.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> روش این پژوهش علی- مقایسه‌ای است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را کلیه‌ی بیماران مبتلا به <span dir="LTR">OCD</span> شهر تبریز، در بیمارستان رازی تشکیل دادند. تعداد 25 نفر&nbsp; با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده (از بین چند نفر که توسط روانپزشک یا روانشناس تشخیص<span dir="LTR">OCD</span> به آنها داده شده بود) به عنوان مبتلایان به <span dir="LTR">OCD</span> و از بین افراد عادی نیز تعداد 25 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده که با آنان همتا و به عنوان گروه مقایسه انتخاب شده بودند. مؤلف دوم به بیمارستان مراجعه و پرسشنامه‌ی رضامندی زناشویی در اختیار نمونه‌هایی قرار گرفت که توسط روانپزشک یا روانشناس تشخیص<span dir="LTR">OCD</span> داده شده بودند. همچنین از نمونه‌های عادی که از جامعه‌ی همتا شده از نظر اقتصادی و فرهنگی با جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش بودند، نیز درخواست تکمیل هر دو پرسشنامه(پرسشنامه‌ی اختلال وسواس فکری_عملی و رضامندی زناشویی) شد؛ پس از تکمیل، محقق آنها را برای بررسی و تحلیل بیشتر جمع‌آوری کرد و داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده نیز با استفاده از آزمون <span dir="LTR">T</span> مستقل تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تفاوت معنی‌داری بین میزان رضایت‌مندی زناشویی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی و افراد عادی وجود دارد (24/2_=<span dir="LTR">t</span> ؛ 02/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)؛ به این صورت که میانگین نمرات رضامندی زناشویی در <span dir="LTR">OCD</span>ها کمتر از افراد عادی بود.<br> <strong>بحث:</strong> افراد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی میزان رضایت‌مندی زناشویی کمتری دارند. این نتایج می‌تواند تلویحاتی برای برنامه‌ریزی‌های مناسب در جهت درمان این بیماران داشته باشد.</p> <p>Background and objectives: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder creates a long-lasting challenge for both patients and their family system and affected several areas of life. The research evidence suggests a negative and destructive impact of the obsessive-compulsive disorder on marital satisfaction. According to this thread, the purpose of this study was to the comparison of marital satisfaction in OCD-patients and healthy individuals.<br> <br> Method: It is a case-control study. The statistical society of the study includes all the patients with OCD Tabriz Razi Hospital formed. Twenty-five patients using simple random sampling (by a psychiatrist or psychologist from those who were given a diagnosis of OCD) as people with OCD and Among Ordinary people as well as the number of 25 people to simple random sampling that has been matched, as compared to the Group were selected. The second author after going to the hospital and marital satisfaction questionnaire to the examples that are given by a psychiatrist or psychologist diagnosed OCD. As well as from normal samples that are matched in terms of society&#39;s economic and cultural research community, Also requesting the completion of both the questionnaire (the obsessive-compulsive questionnaire disorder and marital satisfaction); After the completed, the researcher collected them for further analysis, and the data were analyzed using T-test.<br> <br> Results: The results showed that there is a significant difference between marital satisfaction in people with obsessive-compulsive disorder and healthy individuals (t= 2/24; p= 0/02);&nbsp; This means that marital satisfaction scores in people with OCD are less than healthy individuals.<br> <br> Discussion: here are People with the obsessive-compulsive disorder the rate of marital satisfaction lower.
