The purpose of this study was to predict the sexual satisfaction of married women based on marital adjustment, communication patterns, and emotional regulation. The present research is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all married women aged 25 to 50 years in the field of psychology and education at the Azad University of Science and Research Branch in the second semester of 2017-18. Their total number was estimated to be 220. In order to determine the sample size based on the Morgan table, the number of samples was estimated to 136, and selected by using available sampling method and were selected by Hudson's Sexual Satisfaction (1981), Marriage Adjustment by Locke Wallace (1959), Christensen Communication Patterns And Salvi (1984) and the Cognitive Critical Settlement of Craigie et al. (2002). Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22 using variance analysis and multivariate regression. The findings of the research showed that the components of communication patterns could predict sexual satisfaction in married women; among them, the largest share is related to the elements of the discussion of the problem, the time of creation Problem and debate about the issue. The results also showed that the marital adjustment variable could predict the sexual satisfaction in a significant amount in married women, and the emotional adjustment variable and its components include self-denial, the other blaming (with the highest rate), positive concentration; Adoption and catastrophic (lowest) rates in married women have a significant role in predicting their sexual satisfaction.
