Social health as one of the key components of health, an important role in ensuring the dynamism and efficiency of every society has played And is one of the pillars of the community health assessment, the goal  of  all communities is to provide the conditions to maintain and improve the health of their members. Youth is a good time to shape the identity That blends the past history of the individual and social skills needed for health in adulthood.

The goal of this research is Investigating relationship between Individual social networks and social health of young people. The research method is both laboratory and field that Youth 18-29 years in Tehran as the population are considered. 383 youth were selected by use of the questionnaires of social health and research made by categorized sampling and data were analyzed through software Spss. The social health of youth is nearly in form of normal distribution. There is an statisically significance between social network, the resource of social support network, network relationship with the mount of social health. Variables in regression analysis could explain 27% of variations of youth social health that the strongest preventer was network relationship variable. The youth social health as a social concept is affected by the quality and quantity of network relationship.
