The aim of this research was to determine the correlation of job hardship perception and wellbeing with job adjustment of teachers of exceptional children. This research was a description of Correlation type such that the statistical population of the study include all of the teachers of exceptional student of the west provinces of Iran (Ilam, Lorestan. Kermanshah, Kordestan). For this respect, a sample of 196 person were selected in a multi- stage clustering method and the questionnaires of job hardship perception and wellbeing and job adjustment were handed among them. The gathering data were analyzed using SPSS 19, the Pearson correlation index and regression analysis. Data analyze showed that there is a significant Correlation between job hardship perception and wellbeing with job adjustment. There is also significant correlation between sub components of psychological wellbeing with job adjustment. Based on the results present study and the previous studies it can be said that the difficult conditions of exceptional children training high job hardship perception and low wellbeing have significant role in reduction of job adjustment of the teachers.
