The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of resilience in predicting psychological well-being based on monotheism-oriented lifestyle in teachers of special schools. The research method was descriptive-correlational, using structural equation modeling. The statistical population in this study consisted of all teachers of special schools in Kerman city in the academic year 2023-2024. Using convenience sampling, 264 people were randomly selected. The measurement tools in the study were the Islamic Lifestyle Questionnaire (ILTS, Kaviani, 2009), the Resilience Questionnaire (CD-RISC, Connor and Davidson, 2003), and the Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire (RSPWB, Ryff, 1989). The obtained data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. The findings showed that the research model had a good fit. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between monotheism-oriented lifestyle and resilience with psychological well-being (P<0.01). It was also found that resilience has a mediating role in the relationship between monotheism-oriented lifestyle and psychological well-being (P<0.01). Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the tendency towards a monotheistic lifestyle plays an important role in improving psychological well-being by increasing resilience.
