The purpose of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of Self-Efficacy in the relationship between Organizational Health and Teachers' Job Attitudes. The method of descriptive correlation research was structural equation modeling. The statistical population was the elementary and secondary school teachers in Bisotun in the second half of 1401, and among them, 300 teachers were selected as samples by Purposive sampling. The research tools include Attitude to the Teaching Profession Questionnaire by Üstüner et al (ATTPT, 2009), the School Organizational Health Questionnaire by Hoy & Feldman (OHI, 1996), and the Self-Efficacy Questionnaire by Sherer (SEQ, 1982). The data were analyzed by structural equation analysis. The findings showed a good fit of the data with the proposed research model. The results also showed Organizational Health had a direct and significant effect on job attitude, and self-efficacy had a direct and significant effect on job attitude (P<0.001). Also, Organizational Health had an indirect and significant effect on job attitude through the mediation of self-efficacy (P<0.001). In summary, it can be said that organizational health and self-efficacy lead to a positive job attitude in teachers and increase motivation for effort in the field of student education, and lead to the improvement of academic performance and, subsequently, the growth and advancement of the educational system.
