This study aims to predict the quality of life based on maladaptive schemas and coping strategies in patients with Multiple sclerosis. The study is descriptive and in correlational type. Participants of the study include all patients with MS who had an active file in Tehran MS association. The size of participants were selected according to accessibility method and they were 250 people who responded the questionnaire of world health organization on life quality (short form), Lazarus and Volkmann coping strategies questionnaire and short form of Yang’s early maladaptive schema. In conclusion, data of the study were analyzed by regression and T-test method.  Results of the investigation show ,The quality of life people with MS,  Through early maladaptive schemas and coping strategies that grown predictable.
