In fact, the strong environmental factors that could be associated with spiritual intelligence, children, and family functioning, parenting styles and religious orientation cited. The present study examines the role of parenting styles and religious orientation of their parents expect them has spiritual intelligence. This research is descriptive and correlation. The sample included all students in Kermanshah in 1393 were studying a sample of 214 teachers cluster sampling were selected from among them. To collect data from questionnaires parenting styles, religious orientation and spiritual intelligence scale was used. The findings showed that between authoritarian parenting style with spiritual intelligence and there is a significant negative relationship And between authoritative parenting style and religious orientation, spiritual intelligence and a significant positive correlation was obtained.  According to the results, it can be concluded that the parents' parenting styles and religious orientation in anticipation of spiritual intelligence contribute to their children.
