Abstract
There are Various motives that some of them can help to resolving interpersonal conflicts and others may prevent its resolve. According to the regulation style theory, the motivation for change, i.e. the desire to come out of the current state of conflict, can help to conflict resolution, but there is an opposite motivation, one that prevents the resolution of the conflict, and it is the motivation for contemplation, i.e. the desire to explore and review existing state. The aim of this study was to test the hypothesis that for the conflict to be resolved, the change motivation must be stronger than the contemplation motivation. In a correlational design, first the change and contemplation motivations were measured in a sample of 97 undergraduates from Islamic Azad University-Buin Zahra Branch (N » 4000) using the Motivation Style Questionnaire, and then the participants were presented with hypothetical stories about interpersonal conflicts. Regression analyses showed that the priority of change motivation to contemplation motivation: 1. Has a positive relationship with reconciliation motive and a negative relationship with bad feelings, and 2. Reduces the damaging effects of bad feelings on reconciliation motive.

Abstract
The aim of this research was to study of comparison of Schema Mode therapy and Emotional-focused therapy (HmT) on styles of conflict resolution in new married couples with conflict. In regard to the purpose, this research was applicable and in regard to procedure, it was a quasi-experimental study with a multi-group pre-test-post-test design with control and follow-up group. The statistical population included couples with marital conflict who had been married for less than 6 years and had been referred to counseling centers in Astara in 1398. 30 couples were selected by convenience sampling method and assigned randomly into control and experimental groups. The instrument was Rahim's (1983) Conflict Resolution Styles Questionnaire, and after performing the interventions in codified protocols, multivariate analysis of variance was used with repeated measures to analyze data. Findings Showed schema mode therapy consistently increases Compromising and Integrating styles (P<0.01), and reduces Avoiding and Obligating conflict resolution styles (P<0.01), and Emotional-focused therapy (HMT) consistently increases Integrating (P<0.01) and reduces Avoiding conflict resolution styles(P<0.05),And the difference between the effects of both approaches on conflict resolution styles of conflicting couples was not statistically. Therefore, schema mode therapy and Emotional-focused therapy is effective on couples' conflict resolution styles and can be used by counselors and psychologists.

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to investigate the prediction of Psychological Hardiness based on communication patterns between couples and conflict resolution styles in married men affected by an extramarital affair. This research was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study was married men affected by the extramarital affair of their spouses who were referred to welfare counseling centers in Mashhad in the first three months of 1400, from which 80 people were selected by Purposive sampling. The research instruments included the Ahvaz Psychological Hardiness Scale (AHI) (Kiamarsi et al., 1998), the Couples Communication Pattern Questionnaire (CPQ) (Christens and Salavai, 1991), and the Conflict Resolution Styles Questionnaire (ROCI-2) (Rahim, 1983). Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that the constructive relationship model of reciprocity and compromise conflict resolution styles, integration, and binding with psychological rigidity have a positive and significant relationship (P <0.01) and communication patterns of expectation/withdrawal and mutual avoidance. And avoidance conflict resolution styles, integration, and domination had a negative and significant relationship with psychological hardiness (P <0.01). Regression results also showed that constructive interaction, expectation/withdrawal, mutual avoidance, integration, domination, and compulsion styles were able to reduce 0.56 psychological hardiness in married men affected by extramarital affairs. Predict (P <0.05). Considering that psychological hardiness in married men affected by the extramarital affair is related to communication patterns between couples and conflict resolution styles, it is necessary to hold workshops based on these concepts in this group of people. Arrives.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to predict child maltreatment based on lockdown fatigue, stress tolerance, and conflict resolution styles of mothers during the coronavirus pandemic period. The statistical population of the research included all mothers of Golestan province with children aged 12 and under in 2021. 417 people were selected by the available sampling method. Data collection tools included Labrague et al.'s lockdown Fatigue Scale (2020, LFS), Simons & Gaher's Distress Tolerance Scale (2005, DTS), Rahim's Conflict Resolution Styles Questionnaire (1994, ROCI-II), and Mohammadkhni et al.'s Self-reported Child Abuse Scale (2005, SCAS). Pearson's correlation coefficient test and stepwise regression analysis test were used for data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between lockdown fatigue (r=0.239; P>0.01), distress tolerance (r=0.194; P>0.01), and conflict resolution styles (P>0.01) of mothers during the corona pandemic period, with children maltreatment. In addition, predictor variables predict a total of 32.7% of the changes in the children's maltreatment during the coronavirus pandemic period. According to the results, paying attention to lockdown fatigue, stress tolerance, and conflict resolution styles will facilitate the reduction of child maltreatment.

Abstract
The present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of compassion-focused group therapy on conflict resolution strategies and the difficulty of emotion regulation in couples with marital conflict. The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a three-month follow-up. The statistical population of this research included all the couples with marital conflict who were referred to counseling centers in Karaj City in 2022, which were selected by purposive sampling among 30 eligible volunteer couples and randomly assigned to 2 experimental and control groups. The experimental group underwent Gilbert's compassion-focused group therapy for 10 sessions of 75 minutes (2 sessions per week). The measurement tools in this research were Strauss et al. 's (1996) Conflict Resolution Strategies Questionnaire (CTS2), Gertz and Roemer's (2004) Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (DERS) and Binary Marital Conflicts (2019) (MCQ). Statistical data analysis was done using the repeated measurement variance analysis method. The findings showed that the treatment focused on compassion was significant in conflict resolution strategies (p = 0.001) and the difficulty of emotional regulation (p = 0.001) of couples with marital conflict and the results indicated the durability of the treatment in the follow-up period (p=0.001). Based on the results of the research, it can be said that the group treatment focused on compassion is a suitable intervention method for promoting conflict resolution strategies and reducing the difficulty of emotional regulation of couples with marital conflict.
