Abstract
Background & Aims: Nowadays infertility rate has increased, Because of the changes in the lifestyle. Stress and anxiety have a reciprocal relationship to infertility, the high level of stress decreases the chance of fertility, and infertility reduce the chance of successful treatment, Because it is very stressful and uncomfortable. The infertility effects many mental stresses on person, so we must to reduce its effects such as stress, anxiety, and depression, and raise the chances of successful treatment.
Materials & Methods: With respect to DASS-21 questionnaire, The among of the women who referred to Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility clinic, 30 people who had moderate to severe depression, anxiety and stress randomly were selected and randomly assigned to two 15 experimental and control group. The experimental group received the necessary training and relaxation audio files that did this technique once in day for two months in 20-30 minutes. During this period, the control group received no intervention. Subjects were assessed again after receiving therapy. Data was analyzed through inferential statistics and SPSS software.
Results: The results showed that the experimental intervention had a significant impact on the three variables (P<0/001) but the intervention had more effect on anxiety than other variables.
Conclusion: This method can be used as an effective treatment for depression, anxiety and stress in infertile women employed.

Abstract
Background & Aims:
Infertility as a threat to reproduction and survival experience provides related stress for infertile couples. Since stress is the ability to activate the attachment, infertility and stress reactions may affect the to adapt of infertile couples. The present study was aimed to investigate prediction between attachment styles and adjustment to infertility.
Materials & Methods:
This end, A total of 192 infertile women referred to the Infertility treatment clinic at Royan Institute participated in this study. Participants were asked to complete demographic information questionnaire, Adjustment to Illness Scale (AIS) and Adult Attachment Inventory (AAI). Correlation was used to test the hypothesize.
Results:
The results indicated significant positive correlations between secure attachment styles with adjustment to infertility and the significant negative correlations between insecure attachment styles with adjustment to infertility.
Conclusion:
Based on the results of the present study, it can be concluded that attachment styles revealed correlation with adjustment to infertility. we can conclude secure attachment and insecure are effective on adjustment infertility And attachment-based therapy will be effective in adjustment of peaple with stressful experience.

Abstract
The present study was conducted to explain the mental health model based on infertility stress with the mediation of perceived stress in infertile women. The research method was the descriptive-correlation type of structural equation analysis. The statistical population in this research was made up of all women who were referred to Royan Infertility Center and Sarem Hospital in Tehran for infertility treatment in 2023. Therefore, by referring to these centers examining the files of infertile women and taking into account the inclusion criteria, 270 of them were selected as the research sample. The measurement tools were perceived stress questionnaires (PSS), Cohen, 1983), infertility stress (FPI, Newton, 1999), and mental health (GHQ, Goldberg, and Hiller, 1972). Data analysis was done using Pearson correlation and structural equations software. The results of the fit of the proposed model indicated a good fit of the model with the data. Based on the findings, infertility stress has a positive and significant effect on mental health and perceived stress (P<0.01). Also, perceived stress has a positive and significant effect on mental health (P<0.01). Also, by entering the perceived stress variable into the model, the indirect effect of infertility stress on mental health became significant (P<0.01). Therefore, the results of this research showed the importance of perceived stress as a mediating variable in the relationship between infertility stress and the mental health of infertile women.

Abstract
Infertility means the inability to conceive after one year of sexual intercourse without using contraceptive methods. The research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of emotional couple therapy on body image and marital intimacy in infertile women referred to infertility specialists in Ahvaz. The current research was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design and a control group. The statistical population of the research consisted of all infertile women referring to infertility specialists in Ahvaz city in 1402-1401. 30 infertile women (15 for each group) were randomly selected and replaced in two experimental and control groups by the purposeful sampling method. To collect data, the multidimensional body-self relations questionnaire (Kash and Hicks, 1990, MBSRQ) and the personal evaluation questionnaire of intimacy in relationships (Schaefer and Olson, 1981, PAIR) were used. The participants of the experimental group, during 9 sessions of 90 minutes, once a week, were subjected to emotional couple therapy. The data analysis was done using the statistical test of multivariate covariance analysis. The findings showed that with Controlling the pre-test effect between the post-test mean of body image and marital intimacy in the two test groups there is evidence of a significant difference in the level (P<0.05). According to the results of the research, the implementation of emotion-oriented couples therapy for infertile women can improve their body image and marital intimacy.

Abstract
The present study was conducted to develop a health‐related quality of life for infertile women based on infertility problems: the mediating role of illness cognitions. The research method was descriptive-correlation based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study consisted of all women suffering from infertility in the city of Mashhad who had been referred to specialized infertility clinics and centers between May and July 2023. The sample consisted of 300 infertile women who were selected by the available sampling method. Participants completed the fertility problem inventory–short form (FPI-SF, 2017), illness cognition questionnaire (ICQ, 2001), and health-related quality of life scale (HRQoL, 2017). Structural equation analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed the optimal fit of the research Model. The results showed that infertility problems have a direct effect on illness cognitions (P<0.01) and health quality of life of infertile women (P<0.05). Illness cognitions had a direct effect on the health and quality of life of infertile women (P<0.01). Also, the effect of infertility problems with the mediation of Illness cognitions on health and quality of life was significant (P<0.01). These results show that illness cognitions can explain the quality of life-related to the health of infertile women due to the role of infertility problems.
