fa تصویر بدن در دیدگاه ها و مکاتب روانشناسی سلامت Health تحلیلی Analysis <p dir="RTL">تصاویر تبلیغ شده از بدن<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های ایده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>آل مردانه و زنانه در طی فرایند جامعه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>پذیری توسط افراد جامعه درونی می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گردد و آنان را به تلاش وامی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دارد، اما ناتوانی بخش قابل توجهی از مردان و زنان در دستیابی به بدن ایده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>آل تجویز شده منجر به افزایش شدید نارضایتی از بدن و در نتیجه ابتلای آنان به انواع بیماری<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها، آسیب<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های جسمی‌&ndash; روانی و اجتماعی گردیده است.<span style="line-height: 1.6em;">از دیدگاه بسیاری از پژوهشگران تصویر بدن یک سازه چند بعدی شامل مؤلفه‌های شناختی، رفتاری و عاطفی است. به این معنا که تصویر بدن نه تنها از ارزیابی‌های عاطفی افراد درباره بدنشان را در برمی&shy;گیرد بلکه ارزشی که آن&shy;ها برای ابعاد مختلف بدنشان تامل شده و سرمایه&shy;گذاری رفتاری که به منظور حفظ این ابعاد انجام می‌دهند را نیز شامل می&shy;شود. پژوهشگران معتقدند تصویر بدن به عنوان یک سازه چند وجهی به میزان رضایت از خود جسمانی فعلی فرد ( اندازه، شکل، ظاهر) اشاره دارد. تصویر بدن به عنوان تعامل بین مؤلفه&shy;های ادراکی&nbsp;یا ارزیابی شناختی اندازه بدن، و مؤلفه&shy;های وضعی، به عنوان پاسخ پیچیده رفتاری- شناختی-عاطفی به این ارزیابی تعریف می&shy;شود.</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">مانند سایر مؤلفه&shy;های مطرح شده در علم روان</span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 1.6em;">‌</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">شناسی، تصویر بدنی هم به عنوان یکی از خرده مقیاس&shy;های مهم تشکیل دهنده خود مورد توجه نظریه</span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 1.6em;">‌</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">پردازان مختلف قرار گرفته است و هر یک بر اساس رویکرد علمی&shy;شان، سعی در توضیح و توجیه این مولفه مهم روان شناختی نموده&shy;اند.</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">از این رو در مقاله حاضر ضمن بیان ضرورت و اهمیت توجه به&nbsp; سازه تصویر بدنی به ارایه بررسی های توصیفی در دیدگاه های روان تحلیل&shy;گری، شناختی &ndash; رفتاری ، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و همچنین نظریات روان شناسان مطرح این حیطه پرداخته شده است.</span></p> <p></p> <p>Propaganda images of the ideal body for men and women during the socialization process is internalized by the people and inspires them to try, But the inability of a significant proportion of men and women in achieving the ideal body prescribed, has been led to a sharp increase body dissatisfaction and therefore the risk of to various diseases, physical and mental and social damage has been.<span style="line-height: 1.6em;">From many perspectives researchers Body Image is a multidimensional structures, including cognitive, behavioral and emotional components.
