fa اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بی‌ثباتی هیجانی و رفتارهای خودآسیب رسان افراد دارای نشانگان اختلال شخصیت مرزی مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد مخدر The Effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment-Based Therapy on Emotional Instability and Self-Injurious Behaviors of People with Borderline Personality Disorder and Drug Abusers روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین  اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بیثباتی هیجانی و رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان افراد دارای نشانگان اختلال شخصیت مرزی مبتلا به سوءمصرف مواد، انجام شد. پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون -پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری معتادان مقیم در سه کمپ ترک اعتیاد شهرهای تبریز و اهر در سال1400 بود. ابتدا پرسشنامه چندمحوری میلون اجراء و 30 نفر که نمره بالاتر از 85 اختلال شخصیت مرزی را داشتند، به طور هدفمند بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی به گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگذاری شدند. ابزار گردآوردی دادهها پرسشنامه چند محوری میلون MCMI-III (میلون، 1987)، پرسشنامه رفتارهای خودآسیب‌رسان  SHI(سانسون و همکاران، 1998) و مقیاس بیثباتی هیجانیEIS (ملاچیچ و گلدبرگ، 2007) بود. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای هر هفته دو جلسه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را دریافت کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش آزمون بین میانگین پس آزمون رفتارهای خود آسیبرسان  (513/59 f=، 001/0p= ) و بیثباتی هیجانی(122/78 f=، 001/0p= ) در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. بر این اساس میتوان نتیجه گرفت که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر رفتارهای خود آسیبرسان  و بیثباتی هیجانی اثربخش است. The present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based therapy on emotional instability and self-injurious behaviors of people with borderline personality disorder and substance abuse. This research was a semi-experimental study with the pre-test-post-test method and a control group. the statistical population was all addicts living in three addiction treatment camps in Tabriz and Ahar in the spring of 2021. First, Milon's multi-axis questionnaire was administered and 30 people who had a score higher than 85 for borderline personality disorder were purposefully selected as the research sample and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. The data collection tool was Milon's MCMI-III Multiaxial Questionnaire (Milon, 1987), SHI self-injurious behaviors questionnaire (Sanson et al., 1998), and EIS emotional instability scale (Malachich and Goldberg, 2007). The experimental group received two ACT therapy sessions in 8 sessions of 90 minutes each week. The results of the research showed that by controlling the effect of the pre-test, there was a significant difference between the post-test average of self-injurious behaviors (f=59.513, p=0.001) and emotional instability (f=78.122, p=0.001) in the two experimental groups. And there is evidence of a significant difference.
