fa روابط ساختاری تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی با نشانه‌های اختلال شخصیت خودشیفته: نقش میانجی طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه Structural Relationships of Adverse Childhood Experiences with Symptoms of Narcissistic Personality Disorder: The Mediating Role of Early Maladaptive Schemas روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین روابط ساختاری تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی و نشانه‌های اختلال شخصیت خودشیفته با توجه به نقش میانجی طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 (24000 نفر) و نمونه آماری شامل 354 نفر بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. جهت اندازه‌گیری متغیرها از پرسشنامه‌ی آسیب کودکی (CTQ، برنشتاین و همکاران، 2003)، سیاهه‌ی شخصیت خودشیفته (NPI-16، آمز و همکاران، 2006) و پرسشنامه‌ی فرم کوتاه طرحواره‌ی یانگ (YSQ-SF، یانگ، 1999) و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد سوءاستفاده جنسی بر اختلال شخصیت خودشیفته اثر مستقیم و از طریق میانجی‌گری حوزه محدودیت‌های مختل و حوزه خودگردانی و عملکرد مختل اثر غیرمستقیم داشته است (05/0p<). همچنین نتایج حاکی از  این بود سوءاستفاده جنسی ، غفلت عاطفی و غفلت جسمی بر حوزه بریدگی و طرد و سوءاستفاده جنسی و غفلت جسمی بر حوزه دیگر جهت‌مندی اثر مستقیم داشته است (05/0p<). نتایج نشان داد مدل از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود. مبتنی بر این یافته‌ها می‌توان بیان داشت که تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی با میانجی‌گری طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه قادرند تغییرات اختلال شخصیت خودشیفته را پیش‌بینی کرده و وقوع آن را تبیین نمایند. The present study aimed to determine the structural relationships between adverse childhood experiences and the symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder, with the mediating role of early maladaptive schemas. The descriptive-correlation research was based on path analysis. The statistical population of this research included the students of the University of Tabriz in 2022-2023 (24000 people) and the statistical sample included 354 people who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. To measure the variables, the childhood trauma questionnaire (CTQ, Bernstein et al., 2003), narcissistic personality inventory (NPI-16, Ames et al., 2006), and Young Schema Short Form Questionnaire (YSQ-SF, Young, 1999) were used and the path analysis method was used to analyze the data. Data analysis showed that sexual abuse had a direct effect on narcissistic personality disorder and an indirect effect through the mediation of impaired limits and Impaired autonomy and performance (p<0.05). Also, the results indicated that sexual abuse, emotional neglect, and physical neglect had a direct effect on Disconnection and rejection, and sexual abuse and physical neglect had a direct effect on Other-directedness (p<0.05). The results showed that the model had a good fit. Based on these findings, it can be stated that adverse childhood experiences through the mediation of early maladaptive schemas can predict changes in narcissistic personality disorder and explain its occurrence. تجارب آسیب‌زای دوران کودکی, طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه, اختلال شخصیت خودشیفته.
