fa اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تعامل با جنین و بر عهده داشتن نقش والدی در زنان باردار The effectiveness of group training based on acceptance and commitment on interaction with the fetus and assuming the role of parent in pregnant women روانشناسی عمومی General Psychology پژوهشي Research هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تعامل با جنین و بر عهده داشتن نقش والدی در زنان باردار بود. این پژوهش از نوع  نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل با دوره پیگیری 3 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه‌ی زنان با بارداری اول مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز منتخب بهداشت و درمان شهر تهران در سال 1402 بود که از ‌بین آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب شدند. این تعداد در دو گروه آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و گروه گواه به‌طور تصادفی جایگزین شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه دلبستگی مادر به جنین (MFAS، کرانلی، 1981) جمع‌آوری شد. مداخله آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه و هفته‌ای یک‌بار برگزار شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها نشان داد تفاوت بین مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون تعامل با جنین و پیشآزمون پیگیری تعامل با جنین، معنادار بوده است (05/0>P). همچنین تفاوت بین مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون برعهده داشتن نقش والدی و پیشآزمون پیگیری برعهده داشتن نقش والدی نیز معنادار بوده است (05/0>P). از یافتههای فوق میتوان نتیجه گرفت  آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر بهبود تعامل با جنین و برعهده داشتن نقش والدی موثر و ماندگار است.   The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of group training based on acceptance and commitment to interacting with the fetus and assuming the role of parent in pregnant women. The research was semi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test, and control group design with a 3-month follow-up period. The statistical population of women with their first pregnancy referred to selected health and treatment centers in Tehran in 2023, 30 people were selected using the purposeful sampling method and were randomly replaced in two groups of group training based on acceptance and commitment and the control group. Data were collected with the Mother-Fetal Attachment Questionnaire (MFAS, Cranley, 1981). Group training based on acceptance and commitment was held in 8 sessions of 90 minutes and once a week. The data were analyzed by the analysis of variance test with repeated measurements. The findings showed that there is a difference between pre-test and post-test and pre-test and follow-up of interaction with the fetus (P<0.05). The difference between pre-test and post-test and pre-test and follow-up is significant (P<0.05). From the above findings, it can be concluded that group training based on acceptance and commitment to improving interaction with the fetus and assuming the parental role is effective and lasting. آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد, برعهده داشتن نقش والدی, تعامل با جنین.
