fa رابطه بین سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت و دلزدگی زناشویی با نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان The relationship between the dark triad of personality and marital burnout with the mediating role of emotion regulation روانشناسی خانواده Family Psychology پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین سهگانه تاریک شخصیت و دلزدگی زناشویی با نقش واسطهای تنظیم هیجان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی_همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه افراد متاهل شهر تهران در سال 1403 بودند. به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس نمونهای به تعداد 242 نفر انتخاب و پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه دلزدگی زناشویی (CBM، پاینز، 1996)، مقیاس سه صفت شخصیت تاریک (DTDDS، جانسون و وبستر، 2010) و پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان (ERQ، گراس و جان، 2003) بودند. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل بود. یافتهها نشان داد که ویژگیهای شخصیتی سهگانه تاریک ماکیاولیسم و خودشیفتگی به صورت غیر مستقیم و از طریق ابعاد ارزیابی مجدد و سرکوبی متغیر تنظیم هیجان، قادر به پیشبینی دلزدگی زناشویی بودند (۰01/۰p&lsaquo;). این نتایج نشان میدهد که سهگانه تاریک شخصیت با توجه به نقش مهم تنظیم هیجان میتواند تبیین‌کننده دلزدگی زناشویی در افراد متاهل باشند و در نتیجه شناخت این مکانیسم‌ها می‌تواند در طراحی مداخلات روانشناختی برای ارتقای کیفیت روابط زناشویی مؤثر باشد. This study investigated the relationship between the Dark Triad of personality and marital burnout, with emotion regulation as a mediating factor. The present study was a descriptive-correlational study of a path analysis type. The statistical population consisted of all married individuals in Tehran in 2023. A convenience sampling method was used to select a sample of 242 participants, who completed the questionnaires. The research instruments included the Marital Burnout Measure (CBM, Pines, 1996), the Dark Triad Dirty Dozen Scale (DTDDS, Johnson & Webster, 2010), and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ, Gross & John, 2003). Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the path analysis indicated a good fit of the model. Findings revealed that the Dark Triad personality traits of Machiavellianism and narcissism were able to indirectly predict marital burnout through the dimensions of reappraisal and suppression in emotion regulation (p < 0.001). These results suggest that the Dark Triad of personality, considering the significant role of emotion regulation, can explain marital burnout among married individuals. Consequently, understanding these mechanisms can be effective in designing psychological interventions aimed at enhancing the quality of marital relationships. دلزدگی زناشویی, تنظیم هیجان, سه گانه تاریک شخصیت.
