fa پیش‌بینی تعهد زناشویی زوجین بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه Predicting couples' marital commitment based on attachment styles and early maladaptive schemas روانشناسی عمومی General Psychology پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی تعهد زناشویی زوجین بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی_همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش زوجهای مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره منطقه 7 کرج در سال 1403 بودند. به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، نمونهای به تعداد 384 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تعهد زناشویی (DCI، آدامز و جونز، 1997)، مقیاس سبک دلبستگی بزرگسال (RAAS، کولینز و رید، 1990) و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه (YSQ-SF، یانگ، 1998) بودند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که بین کلیههای حوزههای طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و سبکهای دلبستگی اضطرابی و اجتنابی با تعهد زناشویی رابطه منفی معنادار و بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن با تعهد زناشویی رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد (01/۰p&lsaquo;). از سویی دیگر طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و سبکهای دلبستگی در مجموع قادر به پیشبینی متغیر ملاک بودند و توانستند که 50 درصد از تغییرات تعهد زناشویی زوجین را تبیین کنند (۰01/۰p&lsaquo;). این نتایج نشان میدهد که طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه و سبکهای دلبستگی تبیین‌کننده تعهد زناشویی زوجین هستند و بر اهمیت توجه به این عوامل در بهبود تعهد زناشویی تأکید میکند و لزوم تقویت این عوامل را در برنامههای زندگی زناشویی نشان میدهد. This study aimed to predict marital commitment among couples based on attachment styles and early maladaptive schemas. The present research employed a descriptive-correlational design. The statistical population consisted of couples visiting counseling centers in District 7 of Karaj in the year 2023. Using convenience sampling, a sample of 384 participants was selected. The research instruments included the Marital Commitment Inventory (DCI; Adams & Jones, 1997), the Adult Attachment Scale (RAAS; Collins & Read, 1990), and the short form of the Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ-SF; Young, 1998). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed a significant negative correlation between all domains of early maladaptive schemas, as well as anxious and avoidant attachment styles, with marital commitment. Conversely, a significant positive correlation was found between secure attachment style and marital commitment (p<0.01). Furthermore, early maladaptive schemas and attachment styles collectively predicted the criterion variable, accounting for 50% of the variance in couples' marital commitment (p<0.001). These results indicate that early maladaptive schemas and attachment styles are significant predictors of marital commitment, underscoring the importance of addressing these factors in enhancing marital relationships.
