Stress as an innate part of human life has always been a topic of interest to mental health researchers. This study, from the biopsychosocial model perspective, which is known as the structural model of health psychology and which underlies many researches in health psychology, has explored the nature of stress and its effects on physical and psychosocial problems. Also, the effects of social beliefs and social issues on the increase or decrease of stress have been studied in this study. Theories derived from the psychosocial model have been analyzed and ethology of behavior that using experimental research was reviewed. In addition to demonstrating the psychological dimensions of stress and the interaction effects of behavior on the body and body on behavior, this study presented a integrative and comprehensive look at the physical, psychological, and social effects of stress in life, and it accurately determined that body regions and their reaction and counter reaction to stress.
