Divorce is a factor in the fragmentation of the structure of the fundamental part of society, the family and the failings of family life. The experience of separation affects couples' adaptation in all aspects (psychological, physical, social, and emotional). People, who have divorced, encounter multiple personal and interpersonal conflicts. The aim of this study is comparing Sexual Satisfaction and Psychological Well-being among married women and applicants for divorce. The survey of causal-comparative study population included all women who divorce in the Famenin city by 2016-17. 60 women (30 divorced women, divorce and, 30 married women) selected by random sampling. Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire and Psychological well-being questionnaire was used to collect the data. Data analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed that after sexual excitement, married women showed more acceptance, purpose in life and, personal growth than the divorced women. But divorced women showed more autonomy. The sexual function had a direct correlation with sexual satisfaction. Therefore, it recommends there will be some training for couples to strengthen and improve marital satisfaction and, psychological well-being to prevent their marital problems.
