Marital satisfaction is a factor in family continuity. Marital satisfaction depends on many factors. In this research, due to the research gap, the relationship between the two factors of motivation for progress and happiness was addressed. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the motivation of progress with marital satisfaction and the happiness of cultural men and women. In order to achieve the research purpose, a sample of 300 men and women were selected through multistage cluster sampling and random sampling method. Using Hermann's Achievement Motivation inventory, Enrich marital satisfaction and Oxford Happiness inventories, the required data Obtained. Data analysis and analysis of statistical data in the descriptive statistics section of the mean and standard deviation and in the inferential statistics, Spearman correlation test and nonlinear regression have been used.Based on the findings of this study, there was a negative and significant relationship between the motivation of progress and marital satisfaction and the level of happiness of cultural women, and there was a positive and significant relationship between the motivation of progress and marital satisfaction and the happiness of men. According to the findings of this research, it seems that the motivation for progress in men and women has different effects on marital satisfaction and their level of happiness, and the gender perspective.
